We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, historic house. We loved the hard wood floors and gorgeous doors and windows. It had a well stocked, clean kitchen. Perfect for our girls' trip to eat and travel around. It was close to many nice restaurants and not far from the Cincinnati zoo. I loved having keypad access to the front door for easy check in. Easy access to the interstate for when we were heading home. Street parking in front of the house was always available for us. Would recommend 100%!

We had an amazing stay for a concert we attended at the riverbend music center!! The rental was spectacular and super easy to find. It’s also in a super good area with lots of food nearby!! Hot tub was so relaxing and our overall stay was incredible!! Would book here again in a heartbeat!!

The house is on a narrow and busy street so be sure to turn your car's rearview mirror in when parked. The house has old German charm but is very clean and well-kept. The location is walkable to the riverwalk, Purple People Bridge, snowballs at Schneider's Sweet Shop, and a nice variety of fun places to eat.

It slept us comfortably. The area around it was not very eye appealing and the parking is on the street and we were lucky to get a parking spot in front of the house as the street was packed with parked cars. The sirens from the emergency vehicles did go off and on throughout the night. The beds were comfy and the inside of the house was great decor for a home built in 1908. Loved the vibe! It was good for our visit to see the STL cardinals play the Cincinnati Reds. It was close the zoo and the Great American ballpark. We were only there for 2 nights but it was close to everything on both sides of the river.

Our family absolutely loved our stay at The Doctor’s House. The bedrooms were spacious & comfortable- perfect accommodations for our 1st vacation with adult kids & spouses. The home itself was beautiful inside - so much character & history! Lots of natural light. We appreciated the number of bathrooms & fantastic dining room table where all of us could share dinner & play games. We enjoyed the restaurants & coffee shops within walking distance, and Newport Aquarium was less than a 10-minute drive. We would be happy to stay here again on another visit to Cincinnati! We will also tell friends about this hidden gem.

Beautiful home in the coolest little neighborhood. Close to attractions and walking distance to foods, taverns and boutique type shops. Safe and friendly area. Our teen boys enjoyed being able to walk around without chaperoning. We travel to Cinci area frequently and would definitely consider booking again. Communication was excellent, check in and out was super easy. 5 stars for the Doctor’s Retreat- which has a great story behind its name.

We enjoyed our stay at the Doctors House! The house itself was wonderful, nicely furnished, and comfortable. Check in was smooth and amenities were well-described. Location was FANTASTIC! Great little neighborhoods to explore. Only issue was that several of us had skin rash after using the hot tub - there was an ammonia smell and the chemicals seemed off. We were assured that it was checked before we got there, but 3 of us had the same rash. Other than that, we had a lovely stay and would return again in a heartbeat!

Small confusion upon arrival at property. There were two lock boxes visible to the side of the door. Neither work. It was only when I opened the outer door that I discovered the lock that actually works.Overall, the property was very clean, well appointed, good location, and good value for the price. Would book again.

Perfect Property

The location of the house was perfect for our vacation to Cincinnati. There is so much to do for families in the Cincinnati and northern Kentucky area. I would highly recommend this property if you don’t want to stay in downtown Cincinnati, but yet be close enough for all the attractions.

Baseball Spring Break

Perfect for small group

The house was very clean and comfortable. Neighbors on both sides were super friendly. Only downside was the street noise.
