An abundance of natural light flows through each space, complimented by open living areas and high ceilings. Private back decks connect to form one large outdoor living space, complete with seating set and views of the city. Both condos have been fully updated with stunning wood flooring and modern amenities throughout. Generous living rooms provide stunning views of the city and plush sofa seating surrounding large smart TVs. Grab your go-to snacks, binge watch your favorite shows, and enjoy great laughs and conversations in either home. Unit 3 also offers a dining room table with seating for 4 for a more formal meal setting. The kitchens feature gorgeous countertops, sophisticated lighting, and barstool seating at the counter for 4. They come well-equipped with all standard appliances, toaster, and coffee maker. If you’re in the mood to prepare a meal or dine on takeout from one of many delicious local restaurants, the kitchens have everything you need and more.



The units comfortably sleep up to 4 guests in each, with queen size beds and smart TVs in every bedroom. Each room has been uniquely furnished and decorated to where each of your guests can find a space they love and make it their own. The full bathroom in each has been equally styled as the rest of the home, featuring a single vanity and walk-in shower.

• 2 assigned parking spaces behind the building available per unit, with overflow parking on the street or in paid lots.

• Washer and dryer in each unit.

• Madison Suites are at the same intersection as Hotel Covington and directly attached to the Madison Event Center. Walk to your event at Hotel Covington in less than a minute.

• If you are coming to town for a wedding at Hotel Covington or the Madison Event Center, it's a perfect alternative to staying at the hotel.

• Great for bridal parties to prepare their hair/makeup with full length mirrors and tons of natural lighting.

• Security cameras located on the back deck and front door.
