3. Play Room: Bunk bed (twin over twin) + Small playhouse for children

Fully equipped with all essentials to make you feel right at home.

* Bathroom:
One full bathroom, stocked with fresh towels and essentials.

Laundry area is set up in the basement for your convenience.

- Self Check-In: Keypad access to the unit and building entrance for your convenience.

- We live nearby and are available via phone or Vrbo messaging to assist with any questions during your stay.

Extra Guest Fee: After 4 guests, an additional fee of $30 per guest per night applies.
Pet Fee: $40 per pet per night.

• A security camera at the entrance for your safety.
• Smoke alarms and other essential safety features.

* Registered Guests Only:
• The property accommodates up to 12 guests. Bedrooms are opened based on the number of registered guests.
• Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited and will not be allowed to stay. We reserve the right to verify occupancy using security cameras.

- No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $250 fine applies for violations.

- Strict No Party Policy
No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund and a $250 fine.

- Zero Tolerance for Police Visits:
Any visit from local law enforcement will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Liability: The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal property occurring on the premises during the guest’s stay.

Damages: Any existing damage or broken items must be reported and confirmed at the time of check-in.

Guest Responsibility: Guests are fully responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during their stay.

Deposit Use: In the event of damage or loss, the host reserves the right to use all or part of the security deposit to cover repair or replacement costs. Further charges may apply if damages exceed the deposit amount.
