Beautiful Condo Close To Beaches

Our immaculate and well appointed 2nd floor condo in Lucaya, is in a tranquil location overlooking a nature preserve and welcomes you as you walk into the spacious, open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings. Lucaya is a quiet and secure gated community in one of the most desirable locations in Ft Myers, and is close to everything—shops, restaurants, beaches, and local attractions. We have provided everything you will need for your extended vacation and you are only steps away from the outstanding clubhouse, with a large, resort style heated pool, hot tub, outdoor grills, social/media room, and a well equipped fitness center. In addition, there is another pool and cabana area with gas grills located at the opposite end of the community.

Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom suite is complete with a plush king size bed, side table and lamps, ceiling fan, a large dresser and his and hers walk-in closets. The master bathroom has a tiled, large walk-in shower, granite countertop, and dual sinks.

Guest Bedroom:
The roomy guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, side tables and lamps, a large dresser, and a full size closet.
The guest bath has a tiled shower/tub combination, and a granite countertop.

Den:
The den has a desk, a comfortable chair and ottoman, and plenty of light for reading.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, abundant cabinets, and a pantry. We have provided everything you need; dishes, utensils, cookware, and small appliances~~coffeemaker, toaster, blender, crockpot, waffle maker. There is counter seating and also a breakfast nook with seating for 4.

Living Room and Lanai:
A comfortable living room offers entertainment of a large flat screen TV, DVD player, and a library of DVD’s. Relax and take a nap in the reclining leather couch and chair. There is a full wall of sliding glass doors in the living room that open up to the covered and screened lanai, this enhances the living space, making it light and bright. The lanai, overlooking a nature preserve, is a peaceful and relaxing place to enjoy your morning coffee or drinks and conversation in the evenings.

If your plans include going to the beach, we have provided beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers, beach towels, and a cart.

There is a separate $150 fee ($150 per applicant if not married) that may be paid via credit card on that website. This fee is not included in the quote the you will receive from VRBO.
