Live at The Marlborough! A classic 1915 elevator building in the Portland arts district. Centrally located and short walk to the old port district and everything Portland offers. Convenient to the medical centers. Apartment is on the top / 6th floor with lots of big windows and views of the back bay and city skyline.
2 comfortable bedrooms with a large bath between them. Large long hallway leads past the bedrooms to a large living room, dining room and full kitchen. High ceilings and plenty of closet space. Gated, shared yard area behind the building.
New owners (Mar '24) painted the entire apartment, refinished the floors and added comfortable new beds and other furnishings for you to enjoy during your stay.

Well-maintained classic building in a great location. Freshly painted and floors refinished and new furnishings. Bosch washer dryer stack off the kitchen.
