It’s a beautiful house, in a great location with all the amenities. There’s plenty of parking and the backyard has the best views in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent place for entertaining

We had a great time. We were really impressed with how nice this place would be to make meals and have a family reunion.

The host was amazing, and the home was well appointed and lovely . The kitchen and butlers pantry were well stocked, and fun to cook in. The out door space was very nice, too. . Can't say enough food things about it! The location was great for visiting the wineries.

This was probably one of the nicest, most well equipped VRBO's we've ever stayed at. Other than the fact that every drain could use a good DrainO and cleanout (which is typical for all vacation rentals) it was great! The views are amazing, the living room is great, the beds are comfortable. It just needs a hot tub!

Great property and location!

Our stay at Paso Vista Bella was wonderful. We had a 5-day stay, and we had everything we could need. The location has great views, and we even saw the deer in the backyard. Its close to center of the town, the neighborhood is family friendly. The host was quick to respond when I had a small question. We would stay here again!

This is a nice property. The kitchen was well equipped and the house provided everything we needed during our stay. The only issue we had was with the A/C efficiently cooling. The back rooms were always cool, but due to the vaulted ceilings in the kitchen and den, those two rooms were not as cool in the afternoon, even with the fans running. Also, the unit was off when we arrived so the inside temp of the house read 85 degrees so it took several hours to cool down the house which was a bit annoying. All the bathrooms are nice and updated and as well as the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and house was clean. The outside area is great. We spent a lot of time on the patio admiring the view. Great view. Morning coffee and night cap drinks on the patio were nice.

Paso Vista Bella

The property is very nice. It is located close to Paso Robles town square as well as wineries. We hired their recommended chef who prepared delicious appetizers and desserts for us. The heat is a bit uneven throughout the house and whatever TV service they use had interesting choices for viewing. Not your typical selection, at least not ours. The house is well stocked and kitchen and pantry are labeled well. You would not need to bring anything but food. It was too chilly to spend anytime on back deck but the view is beautiful. There is ample seating in common area. I found it difficult to find a three bedroom/three bath home that was reasonably priced. This one fit the bill and we were not disappointed.

We have stayed in many, many vacation rentals and I must say that this house was the most well appointed, fully stocked and beautifully staged property I have ever stayed at. The kitchen had everything we needed (and then some), lots of platters for our graduation dinner we made in the butler pantry. The beds were comfortable, the showers were amazing and the outdoor deck for morning coffees with the amazing view of Paso Robles.... just brilliant. Thank you for presenting such a lovely house for us!

This is a wonderful property, removed enough from city center to have more breathing room and space than staying in the middle of town but just a 5 minute drive. One of the best amenitized kitchens of any home I have rented with a second kitchen/large pantry connected. Great primary suite with soaking tub. Open kitchen to living room that has large screen TV and opens up to large view deck with barbecue, dining table, lower area with fire pit and multiple seating areas. Excellent communication with AvantStay, the company who manages property.
