The ranch is located conveniently close to the Choctaw Casino in Durant, so within a 35-40 minute drive you can have a night out and attend concerts or take advantage of all the casino and resort has to offer!
A GRAND ENTRANCE
Upon arriving at Rockin’ J Ranch just a few miles north of Boswell, Oklahoma, you’ll be greeted by a private gated entrance secured by a coded system, ensuring privacy and peace of mind for your stay. The long, paved driveway winds past two picturesque ponds with cascading waterfalls, setting the tone for the grandeur that awaits. Rolling hills and expansive views of the ranch unfold before you as you approach the heart of the property—the sprawling 7,000-square-foot truly luxurious custom ranch house.
UNPARALLELED ACCOMMODATIONS
The ranch house has been professionally and magnificently designed for relaxation, comfort, and entertainment. With four bedrooms, three full baths, and three half baths, Rockin’ J Ranch comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests, with a maximum capacity of 20 (groups over 16 guests must bring their own sleeping arrangements for the additional 4). This makes it perfect for families, friends, and groups celebrating special occasions.
PRIMARY SUITE
The primary suite is nothing short of a private high-end retreat. This expansive bedroom features a luxury en suite bathroom with a large double vanity, a custom-designed wet room with dual shower-heads, and a jacuzzi tub. Imagine soaking in the tub while gazing out the large windows that overlook the tranquil private lake and lush ranch landscape.
ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS
On the first floor, there are two additional en suite bedrooms. One is fitted with two full-sized beds, perfect for children or additional family members, while the other boasts a king-sized bed for luxurious comfort. Both bedrooms have an attached full bath.
A study/office equipped with a cozy stone fireplace can also double as a bedroom, thanks to its pull-out queen sleeper sofa. Guests staying in the study have easy access to a nearby half bath.
UPSTAIRS ENTERTAINMENT
The second floor offers even more options for fun and relaxation. It features a pool table, a wet bar with a mini-fridge, a poker table, and a home theater system with a large screen and sound system for an unbeatable movie night experience. Another plush couch converts into a queen sleeper sofa, and there’s an additional bedroom with two full-sized beds. The second-floor entertainment area ensures that your entire group will always have something to do.
KITCHEN, DINING AND COMMON AREAS
The heart of the home is its magnificent gourmet kitchen, designed for both everyday cooking and grand feasts. A massive island serves as the centerpiece of the kitchen, offering multiple functions including food prep, serving, and additional seating for casual meals. The kitchen comes fully equipped with two refrigerators, a microwave, an oven, and a gas stove. A nearby wet bar—complete with an ice maker and wine chiller—ensures that refreshments are always within reach.
The dining area, located just off the kitchen, features a large round table surrounded by windows, allowing natural light to flood in and offering more stunning views of the backyard, infinity pool, and private lake.
Rockin’ J Ranch is equipped with modern amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A full-size washer and dryer are available for guest use, and there’s even a pack-and-play crib for families traveling with young children.
YOUR PRIVATE 1,700 ACRE PLAYGROUND
Step outside and discover an outdoor paradise. The infinity-edge pool, which overlooks the private lake, is an ideal spot for both relaxation and recreation. For a fee, the pool can be heated during cooler months, ensuring year-round enjoyment (heating must be requested at time of booking and a pool heating fee must be paid before heating will be scheduled).
Adjacent to the pool is an expansive outdoor gazebo, fully outfitted for al fresco living. The gazebo features an outdoor kitchen with a mini-fridge, a propane grill, a gas fireplace, a TV, a sound system, and a spacious dining area. Additional seating provides the perfect vantage point for enjoying the sunset, and a half bath ensures convenience while lounging outside.
Swing around into the garage to challenge your group to a ping-pong tournament, or walk over to the horseshoe pits by the pine trees!
The private lake is 33 acres of fishing paradise. Guests can bring their own fishing equipment and spend their days and nights with a line in the water. Fishing is catch and release...yes, even the monster bass you'll catch! Take only pictures so that future guests can enjoy the wonderful fishing experience just like yourself. You're welcome to bring your own kayaks or canoes so that you can fish all areas of the lake.
ADVENTURE AWAITS
The sprawling acreage of Rockin’ J Ranch offers endless opportunities for exploration and adventure. For those looking to hunt, the ranch allows hunting for a fee, with whitetail deer, wild pigs, and turkey among the game. With nine fiberglass deer blinds across the property, you just have to wake up and show up! Guests are responsible for their own firearms, field-dressing and processing.
If you prefer a more laid-back experience, guests are welcome to walk the property and hunt for arrowheads, or simply take in the beauty of nature. The ranch’s low light pollution makes for extraordinary stargazing, providing an awe-inspiring look at the night sky.
The helicopter pad allows for those who prefer to arrive in style, or you can call in private helicopter tours to see the ranch and surrounding areas from above.
