The best of both worlds awaits at this Kapilana Condo! Close to everything! Whether ready for the all the action the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer or want to head to quieter waters in the state park, this is the place for you! The unit is nicely updated with only a few steps into the unit. Enjoy the spacious private lakeside deck to take in all the views. There are several amenities on property including a pool, playground and a boat slip. Close to the new location of the Lake of the Ozarks Shootout!

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen
Bedroom 3: 1 Twin Bed with Trundle
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchens with the needed utensils and appliances for any meal. Appliances include a microwave, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker.
Indoor Living: Flat screen smart TV access to popular streaming apps.
Outdoor Living: Spacious private deck with outdoor seating, boat slip for guest use
Parking: open parking for two cars
General: Free WiFi (high-speed internet), washer and dryer, central A/C and heat, towels and linens, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, trash bags, and paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, toilet paper
