The Space:

La Veleta is an excellent growing area in Tulum, you will have easy access to the main avenues, downtown and within walking distance to its beautiful crystal clear beaches and natural cenotes that this paradise has to offer. You will find restaurants and cafes that will take you to have an unforgettable gastronomic experience with delicious Mexican dishes. And you can enjoy delicious drinks and a fun experience in the local bars and nightclubs.



Getting Around:

While staying in the La Veleta neighborhood of Tulum, we highly recommend exploring the area by bike or scooter for an authentic and convenient experience. Tulum is a bike-friendly town with numerous bike paths and bike racks, making it an eco-friendly and enjoyable way to get around.



If you plan to discover the town and visit the nearby cenotes, a bike or scooter will be your best companion. However, if you're looking to explore destinations beyond Tulum, like Akumal, Valladolid, Bacalar, or other more distant cenotes, renting a car is the most practical option. It gives you the freedom to travel at your own pace and visit these incredible places comfortably.
