This Tower 1, 3rd floor unit has been beautifully updated with new stainless steel appliances in a fully equipped kitchen with white quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, a comfortable couch with a queen pull out mattress for maximum comfort, a super plush leather recliner, stylish high-top bar stools, and an extremely comfortable king size bed. This unit offers the most private and widest balconies on the beach with bar height dining furniture and two Adirondack chairs.

The minimum age to stay at this property is 25 (per HOA guidelines).

A starter pack of trash bags, paper products, and toiletries are provided which should last a couple of days. Guests should be prepared to bring additional supplies for longer stays.

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed (per HOA guidelines).

Starting August 18th 2025 the resort will be undergoing building improvements which is expected to last till March 13th 2026. From 8/18/25-10/31/25 both smaller Polynesian pools will be closed (large Lagoon pool is open); from 10/20/25 to 1/2/26 the large Lagoon pool will be closed (2 smaller Polynesian pools will be open). From 11/10/2025 - 1/16/2026 there will be no balcony access. Nightly rates have been reduced during this time span.
