Welcome to my charming 2/1 basement apartment in the heart of Denver’s vibrant City Park West! Our home is historic and I’ve styled it to be both comfortable while still exposing some of its historic charm. Enjoy the incredible walkability to restaurants, coffee, Cheesman Park, City Park, The Ogden, The Fillmore and more! We are steps from 17th Ave - Denver's Restaurant Row! The central location makes catching all of Denver's main attractions, a breeze!
Inside:
Experience the charm of a historic home with all the benefits of modern upgrades in our spacious basement apartment. Recently renovated, it offers a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals, perfect for nights in. The two adjoining bedrooms, separated by sliding doors, make this a great space for families who appreciate togetherness. For remote workers, high-speed fiber internet (900+ Mbps) and a dedicated workspace make productivity a breeze.
Outside:
With an unbeatable location, you'll be just a block from fantastic dining and coffee spots like Humboldt Kitchen and White Pie Pizza. Whether you're exploring the nearby parks or Denver's attractions, this is a perfect home base.

Pets are allowed with a $65 non-refundable fee per stay. Inquire about multiple pets, cats, or long stays. Select the pet option when booking or contact me if missed. Dogs must be leashed outside.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE. Strictly enforced. Ventilation could carry smoke to upstairs tenants. $250 fine for violations.
Neighborhood noise ordinance: 10 pm. Keep all noise inside after this time.
$500 deposit required for local guests. Inquire for details.
Childproofing: No special measures taken; guests assume risk.
Travel Insurance/Cancellations: Highly recommended. No refunds are provided outside of the cancellation policy. Date changes are treated as cancellations if the new date is later. Check the booking site for details.
