The location provides a private setting within a very short walk to shopping, restaurants, and the municipal yacht harbor all convenient to downtown. This house includes a private front porch with a seating area and a large dining table to enjoy the Gulf breeze.

The front parlor is a warm & inviting space. There is one large sofa, a comfortable chair, and smart TV. The front parlor opens into the second parlor showcasing a custom kitchen and dining area that seats eight.

Primary Bedroom has a king bed with an attached custom bathroom. Secondary Bedroom sleeps 6 comfortably with two queen beds with custom twin bunks. This bedroom also has an attached custom full bath and closet with washer/dryer.

Bay Cottage has been renovated to preserve and showcase historic details, while enhanced with today’s custom amenities.

WE DO NOT allow parties, receptions or weddings, etc. on the premises. A smart doorbell camera is used at the entrance of our property to ensure the security of the outdoor premises from theft, unauthorized access, or damage to the property.
