YOU WILL ENJOY A beautiful and distinguished two-story house with 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and individual bed if required. It includes outdoor green areas with security for children. (See Photos)



THE TOURIST RENTAL OF THE HOUSE gives you access to the complete and private use, without sharing it with other guests.

* You will have the assistance of Matias the Host, located in the vicinity in case of any emergency, at the time of booking you will receive a Welcome message with the data to contact him if necessary.

* In Spring/Summer it is necessary to access the green areas of the maintenance or gardening staff during the morning, without access to the house under any concept.



- For stays longer than 8 days, it is necessary to add an additional cleaning service (or House Keeping) to the middle of the reservation. For longer stays, at least once a week. They include change of sheets and towels to enjoy a cleaner and more hygienic space for the rest of the stay. Matias your host will explain the details.

The Neighborhood:

Villa Amancay is a small mountain spot to discover in the Calamuchita Valley, province of Córdoba.



At 115 kilometers from Córdoba Capital, Villa Amancay is a small town with just over 950 inhabitants, and stands out for being one of the youngest towns in the Calamuchita Valley.



Getting Around:

Villa Amancay is located a few kilometers from route A194, 120 km from the city of Córdoba, approximately.



9 km by asphalt you will find the Río Grande Hydroelectric Complex and also very close to Embalse Cerro Pelado, which allows tourist activities such as fishing, diving, etc.



You can walk to the River, and do the tour until the Campsite and other natural sites around.



Other Things to Note:

- The House has a security camera system with exterior views of the surroundings of the house. You can see the views in the ad photos. No camera is oriented to the interior of the house, taking care of privacy.



- The entrance gate also serves as access to the house of the person in charge. It is possible that you see him entering or leaving during your stay.



- We appreciate an ecological stay very much. Please, always turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving the house, use it at 24 degrees in summer and take care of water and waste, separate recyclable garbage if possible, etc.



- We only accept payments through the Airbnb app. It is not necessary to pay in cash during the stay.



- We will need you to send us the documentation of the adults staying and confirm the number of people staying. The house is for TOURIST USE only and is not rented for events or meetings without prior request.

- For long stays (more than 8 days) it is required to add the cleaning service at least once in the middle of the reservation. For longer stays at least every two weeks.
