Newly Remodeled Maravilla 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Cottage Short Walk to Private Beach

Maravilla is a top gulf-front destination located in the Destin area with 2.5 acres of private beach and is well known for it's family atmosphere and amenities. This airy and bright Cottage contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The open living/dining/kitchen area contains plenty of seating for you and your family with a dining table for 8 and 4 barstools. The kitchen is equipped with Whirlpool stainless refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. A large living room has a 55in Smart TV and premium cable channels. The queen size sofabed provides additional sleeping for up to 2 guests. For restful sleep you will find a primary bedroom with king size bed, 2nd bedroom with king size bed and a 3rd bedroom with a twin/over full bunk bed. All bedrooms contain a TV with cable channels. WIFI is also included with this Cottage. The two bathrooms have been remodeled the primary has a walk in shower with a bench, the vanity contains two sinks. You can relax outside on one of 3 porches. From the side and rear porch you have a semi-private view of the community pool and tennis/pickleball courts. Just a short walk to front of the Maravilla property you will find access to one of the most beautiful beaches! There is a boardwalk on the beach side of Scenic Gulf Drive and paved path on the condo side for walking, running and biking. Rentals from mid-March thru October include on-site beach service (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas) - a great value! So just grab your towel and sunscreen and you are ready for the beach and a relaxing vacation!

Our property is equipped with a keyless programmable keypad lock. A unique door code will be issued for your stay and will expire upon check out.

Please note: There is no overnight parking of boats, RV's, or trailers allowed at Maravilla. Please read the attached Maravilla Rules & Regulations.

This was one of the best vacation rentals we've stayed in. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the outdoor space was a great place to relax. The location made it easy to explore the area, and the host provided excellent communication before and during our stay. We truly felt at home and would gladly return.

Wonderful place to stay. Excellent communication with owner and honored previous owners price. Beautiful home away from home. Comfortable beds and had everything we needed and more. Loved the 4 chairs and umbrellas at the beach!

House was beautiful and well stocked. Beds were very big and soft. My boys loved the bunk beds. We did not want for anything during our stay. Very quiet at night, which we loved. I highly recommend this place to families.

Maravilla stay

The house was clean and sized great for our group of six adults. The owner communicated well with events going on in the area as well as getting us the checking unformation such as access codes ahead of time to make access the house easy.

The property was perfect, location was close to all the amenities but secluded from excessive traffic, everything we needed and more was an available as soon as we arrived we did not have one issue. We have stayed at Maravilla for 4 years and this was our favorite property. We loved having 4 chairs at the beach (normally you only get 2!, felt like a bonus to us) they had two beach chairs that we used as well, boogy boards and sand toys all used by us and in great shape! We would love to stay again and really have no complaints.

Karen was very responsive to our questions prior to leaving. Booking was easy to follow. Loved the gated community was easy to access. The home was beautiful and spotless upon arrival. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room. We had everything we needed. Every single thing we looked for (kitchen pots, pans etc.) were there and easy to find. The grill was great. Loved the large windows and 3 patio areas and trees in the back yard. Started our day with coffee on the patio off the master most mornings. Plenty of closet space and dressers for putting things away. Baths were beautiful and the shower head in the master shower was spa like. The bedding was top notch. High end hotel linens, pillows and blankets. Towels were soft and wonderful. Walk to beach was super easy, maybe 3-5 min. The staff set up the beach chairs and umbrellas as noted. Private public restroom in the condos was extremely helpful. The private beach was amazing. There was plenty of room as chairs are spread out. The beach felt quiet even with people moving about. Felt like a family beach. Kids playing, lots of people reading and relaxing. We really liked the sandbar was super fun. After passing some of the public beaches we felt we had found the gem at Miramar Beach with this community. The pools were beautiful. Extremely quiet community even when people were at the tennis and pickleball courts. We felt very safe the entire trip. Was great. Will return for sure. This was a wonderful, relaxing experience.

The house had everything you could need on vacation. It was well furnished but not overwhelming to where you can easily have plenty of room in the bedrooms for your things/luggage etc. It was very clean, beach towels were a plus and the host was great. We didn’t have a single issue to where we even needed to contact the host and received our check in information early.
