This was our first experience with VRBO. It was absolutely perfect! The house is beautiful and pristine. A few steps to the beach, and a beautiful view from the top floor. I was so happy with our experience!

The house was clean (no sand, no smell, fantastic) and met all of our expections. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat! The kitchen was equipped for us to cook and eat with ease. The kids loved the TVs mounted in the bedrooms that we could us to log in to our streaming services.

The information on the WiFi was incorrect as well as the garbage days. We did have an issue with an area around an AC vent and they came out to correct within a few hours. The elevator would be nice to use when bringing in groceries for the trip.

Quality property and great location

Great location for a beach getaway. We visited in April and the street was quiet. Walkable to nightlife and parking for 4 cars (2 in the garage and 2 outside). Would highly recommend!

When we arrived, there were several areas that had visible mold growth. Master bathroom ceiling, family room had mold on ceiling by return vent and several of the ceiling HVAC supply vents. We were in town for our son’s wedding and had dinner plans the night we arrived. But these were pushed back by several hours because we had to wait on maintenance team to show up and clean the mold Also both of the return air filters were nasty and both needed to be replaced The WiFi password is not correct ( not a huge deal )We also were locked out of property 3 times because the keypad code did not work. This was very frustrating. Luckily the neighbor in connecting duplex was home and were able to jump from their 2nd floor balcony to our and come in via master bedroom and let us inThe condo is in an excellent location and super close to beach and walkable to restaurants in Wrightsville Beach areaI wished we would have used the credit and ordered nice beach chairs and umbrella as the ones at the house were not in good shape

Vacation in Wrightsville beach

We thoroughly enjoyed this 3 bedroom 3 bath property on Greensboro Street for 7! The property was very clean and pleasant for us to stay while visiting family. Close walk to beach in minutes and approximately 10 minutes from grocery store, local brewery and restaurants. Beach chairs were provided which was great to have for convenience!

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time at Paradise by the Pier. Excellent location, just steps to the beach. House was clean, well equipped, and had comfortable beds. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. We didn’t need anything from the property manager, but they were very communicative and responded quickly. Would recommend and would stay here again!

Great Vacation Home and Location!

The Home was lovely and a great location to the Beach and Pier. It was a 1 minute walk and our feet were in the sand. The home had beach chairs to use during our stay. Beautiful views of the Ocean. Manager was easy to reach and stayed in contact. Home has comfortable mattresses. We would stay here again!

Everything about this property was great, I can’t recommend it enough. Even though we had no issues, management took the time to check in to make sure everything was going well and were very responsive. The unit was extremely clean, and I’m very picky with attention to details relating to cleanliness. Another reviewer made a comment about the HVAC, but that must have been resolved because we had no issues. The location was amazing, we could come and go to the beach and pier. As others have mentioned, the chairs and toys available for use was an added convenience. I highly recommend this property, we can’t wait to return!

Not 100%

For the price of the stay, it fell a bit short. The HVAC wasn't working on the main level, they did not have enough basic supplies, and the cleanliness was not 100%. Great location, but they could try a little harder.
