Vågn op til udsigt over en marina i verdensklasse og smukke farvande i Carquinezstredet fra en 2 etagers, 108 år gammel tidligere fyrtårn og det victorianske hjem, hvor du kan nyde solen i Californien fra den smukke tidlige morgensolopgang gennem den vidunderlige varme eftermiddag. Om natten lyser C&H sukkerfabrik og giver et subtilt glimt over vandet mod den mørke himmel. Vores ejendom er centrum af Glen Cove Marina, så du har komforten i et smukt og afslappende hjem med smuk udsigt og steder til let træning på vores to store græsplæner. Derudover er vores parkeringsplads også et udgangspunkt for SF Bay Trail, der fører dig op ad bakken, hvor du ender på toppen af Carquinez Bridge. Vores nyligt renoverede to-etagers hjem har alle moderne bekvemmeligheder til komfortabel og nem opholdsstue, men tro os, charmen og personligheden i denne gamle bygning er bestemt ikke tabt. Det har over 2600 kvadratmeter plads; og inkluderer en ekstra stor stue, 4 store soveværelser ovenpå (tre med en queensize-seng i hvert værelse, og et med en queensize-sovesofa), 2 komplette badeværelser, gratis wi-fi, FIRE fladskærms-tv med Comcast kabel med over 80 kanaler, Roku sidder fast på hvert tv for din bekvemmelighed, en vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i fuld størrelse inde, et udstyret moderne køkken, en fantastisk formel spisestue, plus yderligere toiletfaciliteter alle på stedet!

We were in town celebrating a graduation and this couldn’t have been a better venue for our family. The marina is beautiful and the historic lighthouse is a truly special home. You can tell this has been a labor of love for the owner. We were grateful to experience it!

Beautiful setting

Centrally located between SanFrancisco and the wine country. Super location in a picturesque marina. great hiking trails near by and plenty of space for family to spread out. Very much enjoyed our stay

Relaxed setting

Plenty of room for all our guests and had a good kitchen and dining set up if needed. The outdoor area was part of the general marina. It would have been nice to have an area to sit as a group outside.Stay information should mention upfront that shoes are not to be worn inside the property and provide a better area to take them on and off.

A Wonderful Place for a Family Vacation

My family and I had a great time staying at Marina Glen Cove. The people who works there are very kind and friendly. Rachael is a great host and always made sure that everything was ok. The place is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. Groceries and little shops are within minutes from the house. We spend most of our time visiting San Francisco but when we were at the house it really felt like a home to us. Driving to San Francisco was pretty easy, it took us around 40 minutes with traffic. We will definitely be going back to Marina Glen Cove. I totally recommend this place. You will not regret spending time there!

Mara and her family were an absolute joy to host! They were all incredibly friendly and sweet, even though we didn't see too much of them. They communicated their arrival and departure times and were on time. They left our rental very clean and we would love to have them back anytime! Mara is just a doll! :)

The experience was ok. When families go on vacation, taking out trash and sorting towels isn't usually in the plan, especially when a cleaning fee is applied. We also did not understand why the deck was not usable, as it was not listed in the advertisement. Other was ok. Probably will not return or recommend, however it was ok overall.

Since the building was built in 1910 and moved from a previous location, the rooftop access is limited to maintenance only. We do however have our patio deck and two luscious lawns that are available for our vrbo guests. Our requests for guests to provide gentile clean-up are in line with STR on the VRBO platform. Great girls retreat

The property is beautiful. We were welcomed with a basket of goodies, fresh flowers and cheese. Perfect spot for our girls retreat. When one of the AC’s stopped working Maggie had someone out to repair it very quickly.

Unique stay, kids had fun

4 adults, 3 kids, we all had a great time! Management is super responsive and accommodating, property is next to small grassy areas that are perfect for picnics.

Nice rental with great view & location

Overall condition of property was well maintained and clean. The only minor complaint is that the carpet wasn't as clean as the rest of the property. I didn't feel walking around barefooted on the carpet.

Clean and great location

Super comfy and we felt right at home here. It was also so nice to be close to the water. Well equipped and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Would come back again.

Girlfriends getaway

The Lighthouse at Glen Cove is a great place to enjoy the view and relax for a few days. The living areas are light and bright and well furnished for optimum comfort. The only downside is there are no restaurants within walking distance, but it is a short drive to downtown Benicia. The property manager was very receptive to our needs.

Lovely Place

Such a cute, well situated place. Very pretty and great location. Only negative is lack of reasonable air conditioning upstairs as we were there during a heat wave and only the master bedroom had good AC. The other bedrooms have units but they were just blowing the hot air back into the rooms.

Great Hideaway

We had a wedding to attend on Mare Island and didn’t want to stay to far away from the venue. I found this place last minute and it was perfect. The house was very well furnished and very comfortable for my families stay. We had a very relaxing weekend with great views. The history behind the house was a great discussion piece for the family. If you have to stay in Vallejo this is the place.

Our historic and wonderfully unique Carquinez Strait Victorian building was built at the southern end of Mare Island in 1910 as the first lighthouse to mark the entrance to the Carquinez Strait and the Napa River. Even though it had been decommissioned as a lighthouse in 1954, it has been nestled in the tranquil, appealing Glen Cove area of Vallejo since 1955 and continues to flourish as the centerpiece for the Glen Cove Marina and the surrounding neighborhoods. As a business, we manage the surrounding marina and Lighthouse.
