Very nice house, a bit expensive

The house is very nice, very nice view, the pool is fun, everything fine for 2 families. Only the price is very high, also costs for electricity and water are very high.

Thank you Joachim for your comments. It is the first time that we are told the villa is very expensive, I am sorry you felt this way, the prices are in line with other similar properties. The water is indeed expensive but both water and electricity are paid according to private consumption at the official rates.

Prachtige villa, fantastisch uitzicht en mooie buitenruimtes. Rita en Daniela waren erg behulpzaam bij vragen. Porti Sant Stefano is een mooie en pitoresk stadje waar je goed kan eten voor weinig. Er was maar 1 nadeel en dat was de eindafrekening van de energie. We snappen dat dat geld kost maar 100 voor water en 100 voor stroom vond ik echt veel te veel. Dat betalen we in Nedeeland niet eens voor een hele maand. Was een klein dompertje maar deze week hebben we echt genoten behalve bij de eindafrekening.

As we point out, both water and electricity are expensive in the area, and you were charged according to the meter (I understand from Rita that she actually rounded down the electricity bill from 110 to 100 euros). Vacanza villa di Claudio

Tutto sommato è stata una bella vacanza. La struttura mi è piaciuta molto, peccato x la zona piscina non ben curata .

confermate le aspettative molto alte

location in posizione ottimale per poterci godere una parte stupenda della Toscana ,che non conoscevo, nel miglior modo possibile. il nostro obiettivo era poter vivere in grande comodita' anche le giornate in cui avessimo preferito non andare al mare (tipo we super affollati) . la soluzione e' proprio Villa Cannatelli: struttura molto comoda, con tutti i confort, in un contesto bellissimo, supervisionata da una squadra di fuoriclasse (Rita, Vincenzo ) pronti ad aiutarti a risolvere i problemi che possono emergere (GRAZIE!) . superconsigliata! se posso permettermi un solo consiglio: una doccina esterna sarebbe top

Bezaubernde toskanische Villa mit tollem Pool

Wir waren begeistert. Der Charme der toskanischen Villa hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage, die Ruhe, die Größe und der Pool waren hervorragend. Irritierend war teilweise Hundegebell in der Umgebung auch bei Nacht.

Bellissima villa

Siamo stati dieci giorni a Villa cannatelli ,due nuclei familiari ..posto incantevole dove le giornate si trascorrono in relax e tranquillità. In pochi minuti si raggiungono tutte le calette dell' Argentario ma la piscina e la tranquillità della vegetazione che avvolge la villa fanno passare piacevoli giornate anche rimanendo a casa, dove dalla fantastica terrazza si può vedere il mare.

Fabulous place

This is the second time that we stayed at the Villa and our experience was as delightful as last time. The house is spacious, set in a beautiful garden surrounded by woodland, with spectacular views over the bay from the upstairs terrace and the pool. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a large barbecue outside, which we used regularly. Rita, who manages the property, is very responsive and helpful. Santo Stefano, a 15 minute drive away, is an attractive small port town with good restaurants, and a particularly rich fresh fish market. We have no hesitation in recommending this place!

Großzügige Villa mit Meerblick

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in unserer Lieblingsregion Italiens mit lieben Freunden wurde auch deshalb so schön, weil die Villa Cannatelli mit ihrem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer vor Porto Santo Stefano und ihrer stilvollen Einrichtung alles bot, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Rita, Claudio und Daniele kümmerten sich sehr um uns. Danke dafür. Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen! Annett, Ruta, Markus, Meja, Ronja und Peter.

Moje wakacje

Willa z toskańskim charakterem, piękne widoki, dużo przestrzeni. Miejsce przyjazne dla rodzin. Jeśli ktoś poszukuje luksusu, to go tam nie znajdzie, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. Wiedziałem, gdzie jadę i czego oczekuję. Nasze oczekiwania zostały spełnione. Właściciel życzliwy i wokoło mili i sympatyczni ludzie. Udane wakacje.

Un paradisio !

La casa di Claudio e una Bella casa de vacanze con un molto bello terreno e una bellissima piccola piscina con lettini e Bella terraza. La Vista Sul mare e stupende e Porto san Stefano e suei negozi vicino da 10 min con la machina. Claudio communique molto bene e facilmente quando abbiomo bisogno de qualcosa. Ancora grazzie mille per questo bello segiorno e bacioni a nostro gatto principe!

beautiful landscape, cozy house, very peaceful place

we were a group of friends for a short holiday. We enjoyed our stay in villa cannatelli very much. The view and the landscape are beautiful, the terrace is breathtaking, the house is charming, it is not very big but we all had our privacy . The owner and the people taking care of the house are very nice. We had some rain but fortunately it didn´t last very long and the garden enjoyed it!

Beautiful

Our group of friends stayed at the Villa Cannatelli for 4 days. It is a beautiful house with lots of outdoor space to have nice dinners barbequeing and to enjoy the pool. The area is quiet, has a nice view and garden. We were introduced by the owner's friend who led us from the town to the secluded villa, a few minutes away. We did not miss anything while there. Just bring drinking water as tapwater is not potable. Many thanks, I'd hope to come back and stay at Villa Cannatelli again!

un'oasi di pace nel verde

La proprietà e' proprio un'oasi di pace immersa nel verde. La casa e' ben attrezzata e la terrazza e' fantastica. Gli spazi esterni sono molto grandi , il bosco e' molto suggestivo. La piscina e' un ottimo divertimento per i bambini ma uno sfogo molto piacevole anche per gli adulti. Non e' una casa anonima, si capisce che i proprietari amano andarci anche loro. Il proprietario e' stato molto disponibile. Ci tornerei! adriana

Posto bellissimo proprietario molto disponibile

Io e miei amici universitari siamo stati quasi dieci giorni a villa cannatelli, e' un luogo molto bello, tranquillo, immerso nel verde. La casa a due piani e gli ampi spazi esterni (splendida la terrazza) ci hanno permesso di isolarci per studiare, e abbiamo approfittato della piscina per rinfrescarci. La villa è' isolata ma sta a pochissima distanza da Porto Santo Stefano, circa 5 minuti in macchina, e sono facilmente raggiungibili in macchina anche le spiagge e Orbetello. Proprietario molto gentile . Decisamente rilassante!

BELLISSIMA VACANZA

Abbiamo passato 10 giorni splendidi! La villa é molto bella,con tutti i confort necessari, compreso un grande barbecue che abbiamo parecchio utilizzato. Il parco é ampio e ben tenuto, la piscina puntualmente ripulita é molto più grande di quanto non sembri sulla foto e con vista sul mare. La notte si dorme magnificamente, nessun rumore molesto....in poche parole un paradiso terrestre,ma a pochi minuti dal mare e da Porto Santo Stefano. Una persona sul posto si occupa di ogni possibile esigenza ed il proprietario vi contatta per assicurarsi che tutto vada bene... Probabilmente cercheremo di tornarci il prossimo anno, nel frattempo la consigliamo vivamente.

Lovely location

This villa is in a lovely location with amazing views. There was ample space for our party of four and the villa could have twice as many guests with no difficulty. The property is well equipped and the villa owner and local representative were quick to respond and very helpful. We found that whilst the kitchenette was small it was well equipped. Two of the bathrooms are small, but are again well equipped and the towels and sheets were good quality and pretty new. We cooked nearly every evening, but gave up trying to eat outside due to the combination of cats, wasps and mosquitoes! The pool was well-maintained and the water was very clean. The Argentario peninsula is very beautiful with plenty to see and it would be nice to come back in the Spring and explore some more.

Great experience!!

My stay at Villa Cannatelli was simply lovely! The location is perfect, a very peaceful spot in the wood but at the same time it's only ten minutes away from Porto Santo Stefano shops and restaurants. There is plenty of room around, suitable for adults, teens and kids. We particularly enjoyed the pool area and the stunning view from there. We also appreciated the upper terrace, well equipped to get relax and have a drink at sunset. We made much use of the barbecue and the outside eating area as well. Looking at the very unique interior with a lot of character, you can easily recognise the owner as a real traveller. The villa can get up to ten people. We were two families, anyhow all of us could have our own privacy. The owner and the caretaker were both very often in touch with us, to check everything was ok with the property.The maintainance of the pool was also very attentive. The time went on very quickly and it was a pity to leave this fantastic place! Villa Cannatelli definitely worths the value and we highly recommend to stay!!

Lovely sea views

Charming and cozy house overlooking the sea. Loved the indoor and outdoor fireplaces during our springtime stay and we loved the high patio overlooking the sea. The house is well set up for great meals on the patio with an outdoor grill and a well stocked kitchen. We were there in the spring so not beach weather, but it was a great spot from which to explore the area. The caretaker met us in town within minutes of our arrival and let us in. We were a family of three traveling with a good friend and the set up was perfect--we had the downstairs two bedroom house and she had the upstairs apartment. Nice to explore the peninsula and farther afield to the hot springs in Santurnia. Only wish we had had more time!
