Escape to tranquility at the Lake Adger Mountain Manor. Nestled in a serene cove, this 5BDR lakefront retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort & luxury.

You can chat in one of the 2 inviting common areas, relax on the screened-in porch, play ping pong in the game room night, or run in the yard.

Explore the water with kayaks or a SUP, swim off the dock, go for a hike, explore surrounding towns, cook in the expansive kitchen, roast marshmallows around the fire pit, or soak in the hot tub.

The Lake Adger Mountain Manor offers 5 bedrooms (3 kings, 1 queen, 1 twin bunk bed, & 1 day bed), 3 full baths, 2 common areas, a game room with ping pong table, a front porch, screened-in porch, covered deck and plenty of space to run around or sit and enjoy the view. Everyone can have their own space and still feel together.

The open-concept main level has the kitchen, dining area, and common room. The common room has an LG Smart TV and gas-burning fireplace, with large windows overlooking the lake. Relax on the screened-in porch with a gas fireplace and LG Smart TV or sit on the covered deck with a large fan to cool off on those summer days while reading a book and overlooking the lake.

Gather in the spacious kitchen - with seating for 4 at the expansive island and 10 at the dining table. The kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances (refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave & dishwasher), plenty of counter and cabinet space, a 12-cup coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, crock pot, instant pot, muffin tins, and enough pots and pans to cook dinner for a special occasion. On the lower level, you will find the Ping-Pong room and a second common area. In the common area, you can challenge family and friends to a board game, and find children's toys, an LG smart TV, and a desk, in the event you have to work. The Ping-Pong room also has a couch, 2 chairs, and an LG smart TV.


Now to the best parts - the lake, hot tub, and yard.

The lake:
We offer 2 kayaks, a stand-up paddle board, and pool floats for the lake. Pro-tip: use a rope to tie the floats to the dock and as my kids say "Rock-N-Roll" when a boat goes by and creates waves. The dock is a perfect place to sit under the stars at night, or under the anchored umbrella during the day to stay cool. Jump and swim off the dock and easily get back up with the attached ladder. Our pontoon boat is anchored to the side so you can swim off the front.

The hot tub:
We have a 6-person hot tub for you to enjoy. We provide hot tub towels and kindly ask that you rinse off before entering to help with cleaning.

The yard:
Our mountain yard is a nature lover's dream, complete with stunning scenery and a cast of wild characters (deer, raccoons, snakes, the neighbor's dog). Just remember, you're in their backyard, so keep your distance and enjoy the show!


You will have access to the full house except 2 rooms where we have storage.

You will also have access to the garage, this is where we currently keep life jackets, floats, the stand-up paddle board, a cooler to bring down to the dock, camping chairs, and some outdoor games.

There's also an extra refrigerator in there and if you want to use it, we simply ask that you plug it in upon arrival and unplug it at departure.

Come prepared to relax.

We recommend picking up groceries along the way! The closest grocery store is about 25 minutes away and a Dollar General is about 20 minutes. It does take 10 minutes just to get out of the neighborhood ;)

There's enough parking for 4-5 vehicles.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. local time or anytime later.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. local time or anytime earlier.
*Requests for early check-in or late check-out should be made before booking. Not all requests will be accepted due to scheduling or season, but we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, LG Smart TV (4), and WiFi.

There's a gas grill outside near the driveway and grilling utensils are provided inside the house.

In the yard you will find a wood-burning fire pit and plenty of firewood - so don't forget the makings for S'mores. S'more sticks are provided or go old school and find a nice long stick! We have 7 Adirondack chairs around the fire pit, and 4 adult and 2 kid camping chairs in the garage.

Linens, bath, and hot tub towels are provided.
We recommend bringing "lake towels".

Each shower has a dispenser for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

A “starter pack” of paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.), and detergent (dishwasher) will be provided with your stay. However, guests will be responsible for those items when they run out.

Finally, a quick liability since we are directly on the lake:

You understand that swimming, hiking, and use of any watercraft (floats included) is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with these activities. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking, or using a watercraft, and hold the owner harmless. YOu understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking, and the use of watercraft may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking, or using a watercraft (floats included) if a person has health risks or if a person, swims, hikes or uses a watercraft while under the influence, intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks listed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking, or using watercraft (kayak, floats). All guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between guests and host.
