When you have had enough of the mountain views there is a centrally located trail system for hiking and 4 wheelers down to the famous Green River, bring your fishing poles!!! You can get lost for hours in the wilderness, the river is located about 1-mile south of the house, all mostly downhill to the river.

The multi level house has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main floor, the top floor has 2 additional bedrooms and a shared full bathroom.

There is no garage on the property, but there is a
vehicle car port.

No loud parties / gatherings beyond 12 without written consent from the Host - Owner. We will allow outdoor weddings and receptions, but this will have an additional cost that will need to be discussed and factored into an additional price and planned prior to the approval to rent the home. Trash removal, additional cleaning fees and porta-potties are additional costs that the renter will be responsible for.
