The open-concept living area is warm, inviting, and filled with natural light, creating the perfect space to relax after a day on the water. The fully equipped kitchen features everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, along with a spacious island with seating for 2 and a colorful dining area that comfortably seats 4 additional guests.
Coffee lovers will appreciate the Cuisinart dual drip and pod coffee maker, giving guests the flexibility to enjoy either a full pot or single-serve coffee while taking in the waterfront scenery each morning.

Looe Key Reef, one of the most famous reef systems in the Florida Keys for snorkeling and diving, is also nearby. When you're ready for additional shopping, nightlife, and entertainment, Key West is only about 20 minutes away.

Signed rental agreement and copy of government-issued ID required within 24 hours of booking acceptance
Venture Out Registration Fee:
A separate $125 registration fee (subject to change) is collected directly by Venture Out upon arrival. Payment may be made by cash or credit card.
Parking Information
Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. The vehicle must fit fully in the driveway and may not extend into the road. The driveway measures approximately 25' long x 9' wide with 12' height clearance. If your vehicle does not fit, you must request an overflow parking pass from the guard gate. Overflow parking is $5 per day, subject to availability (first come - first serve and is not guaranteed), limited to one overflow spot only, and has a maximum stay of 14 days.
Boat trailer overflow parking is also subject to availability: $5 per day for trailers under 20 feet and $10 per day for trailers over 25 feet.
If overflow parking is unavailable, if your trailer does not fit, or if you need more than one overflow spot, you must use an offsite parking option. For the most up-to-date availability and pricing, please reach out to the offsite companies directly. Must follow all the Rules and Regulations during your stay.
