Beautiful themed home with a private pool, and a fully equipped kitchen. Located at Solterra Resort, a quiet and family-friendly community that offers a Clubhouse with a pool, game room, spa, mini-golf, playground, beach volleyball, and a gym. It's also conveniently located near restaurants and shopping malls.

Additionally, there is a private game room equipped with 1 arcade, air hockey, a foosball table and a TV. The game room also includes a futon for an additional guest. Each bedroom is adorned with a unique theme and Smart TV. The open-concept layout of the kitchen, living room, and dining room overlooks the pool and backyard, enhancing your enjoyment of quality moments with loved ones. Take some nice time to enjoy our game room and have some fun playing foosball, or air hockey, or even playing some billiards while watching some NBA, or NFL games.

For your convenience, there is one bedroom located on the first floor with a full private bathroom. The first floor also offers a cozy living room with a comfortable couch and a dining area. The remaining bedrooms are situated on the second floor.

To get in, you will be provided with a guest code for the duration of your stay. You will need to provide us names so we can register you with the security gate.

Guests  will have access to the entire house. The surrounding area is a residential gated community. Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. They will also have access to the Resort's Clubhouse and amenities by paying a one-time fee per house per reservation that should be paid directly at their Office:

1-12 Guests= $35
13+ Guests= $45

The House is Self-Catering and we only provide welcome amenities for your convenience and FIRST USE (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash bags), Please stop by your favorite grocery store to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

- Free parking spots in front of the house, and additional parking spaces on the street (first come, first served).
- We offer complimentary WIFI.
- Free washer and dryer available at the house.
- We offer a propane BBQ grill. There will be a $30 fee for its use. This fee would ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests that request this service, understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it.

PACKAGES DELIVERY
You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep, If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.

POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $40 per day.
2-Minimum: 4 consecutive days.
3-Pool temperature will not exceed 92F. Spa temperature will not exceed 102F
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-(In case of Spa)Attached spa is not a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. It does not have jets.
- Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures.

- Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed).܏
