We enjoyed our stay. It’s close to John’s Pass so we just walked over to eat and shop. The building has been in need of maintenance and I was happy to see that being addressed. This is our third visit staying in this unit and it has been an enjoyable stay every time.

Will say the view was outstanding from bedroom and balcony. The downfall was the gate to the pool area was right under the master bedroom. This would wake us up every morning starting at 7 AM from people going in and out of the gate that wound bang closed. As for the furniture, it look nice, but comfort was poor. You would sink to the bottom of the couch, which made it difficult for my 83-year-old father to get out of. All in all I think the unit was a little over our price for what we received.

The views are awesome from the living area and master suite. The master suite has own entrance to the balcony. The condo is walking distance from restaurants and shops.

The location of this property is fantastic, on a lovely beach and just over the road to lots of great restaurants and shops. The property itself however needs some updating, the kitchen and lounge area are tired and dated and the furniture on the balcony was dirty. Unfortunately the main bedroom is directly above the gate to the communal pool which is constantly slammed day and night - this is obviously not the owner’s fault but people should be aware as we didn’t sleep well at all. We still had a great time, the view of the ocean is beautiful but it does need updating.

Location was perfect! The unit was clean. The living room furniture needs to be updated, Parking numbers were very difficult to see and confusing. Communication with the host was great. It worked for my two night stay with the grandkids.

Great place to stay!

Such a beautiful condo and property! The view from our balcony was amazing, we couldn’t have asked for a better view. The condo itself was very spacious and fit our family of 6 comfortably. The pool area had plenty of seating and lounge chairs. The tiki huts were nice to sit under both day and night. We used the grill a couple nights to make dinners and enjoyed that feature as well. The direct access to the beach was a definite plus to staying here. Overall, it was a great time and we loved staying here. We will be back!

Christmas on the beach

Amazing location! This condo was exactly what we needed for our stay with my husband and our two children. The space was perfect, the pool was great! The access to the beach was the best we’ve had in this area. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunset during dinner was my favorite. We would 100% stay at this exact same condo again!

Review of sandy shores 103

First of all, the view was outstanding. The condo was very spacious and close to many places and walking distance. The condo had everything we needed to stay for a week 2 couples. I rate it a 5 star. However the second bedroom beds were very hard, some of the furniture could b updated but still very functional and didn't stop us from having a great time. The host was easy to communicate with, we didn't have to for anything once we were in the condo. We had a great time and the view was awesome!

Our stay was amazing! Everything was very clean and worked great. Loved the games, sand and pool toys. Beautiful view. Loved having all the restaurants and shops just steps away. Our 2 teens even approved of this place. Felt like we were in the middle of everything but still quiet and away from the crowd at the same time. Can’t wait to come back!!

Christmas Getaway

My daughter and I made our annual trip to Maderia Beach. First time using Itrip and staying at Sandy Shores. Both were great! Itrip made it easy to book, get early (2 PM) access and everything was communicated well. 103 Sandy Shores was perfect for our getaway. Nicely furnished, clean and neat and very easy to access the pool and beach. Lots of beach amenities come with it including chairs and umbrella. Would rent this unit again and would recommend Itrip as well

We had a wonderful time at John's Pass. The location is perfect for our family. We spent time at the beach and pool, and went on a couple trips with Hubbard's Marina across the street.
