We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for annual golf trip. The place was as advertise and the pictures don’t do with the beauty justice. Check in and check out with seamless and the owners were great at communication. We didn’t have a single problem with the place and will definitely come back the next time we’re up in the area.

We played two rounds of golf in Hot Springs Village. Courses were in outstanding condition. The natural beauty of the land surrounding the golf courses is unbeatable. The home was great - perfect location, modern design, clean and well decorated. I would recommend it!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing for us. The only think I didn't like was it was so far away from everything, but overall it was a good experience. Owners even purchased an air fryer for us. John was very reachable and communicated well. Thanks guys!

Clean, Practical, and Good Location

We visited the area for a quick getaway and wanted to stay in the scenic mountains. The house is practically new. It is very clean and smartly built for multiple guests needing privacy. There were plenty of supplies for us to use. The outside area had a nice patio and fire pit. The neighbors we met were very kind. We would recommend staying here.

Spring Break getaway

Our family of 5 had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. Our teenage daughter claimed the loft area for herself, while our two younger kids each had their own bedroom. My wife & I had the bedroom downstairs, which was great for peace & quiet. The house is very new & modern, and we loved sitting outside around the fire pit - roasting s’mores and enjoying the nights. Could not have picked a better property!

Graduation trip

This property was more than we expected! Beautiful new build in a very nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the outdoor deck with dining & the landscape. John was so welcoming & easy to communicate with. Always replied very quickly. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms had nicely stocked hair & bath products. We enjoyed our stay so much! The check out was a breeze! Easiest one we’ve ever had. it’s definitely ( stars!

It is a very nice new property. Check in was smooth with no issues. Once we got in we noticed fairly quickly that housekeeping was not good. There was hair in the showers and hair in the king bed. There were towels on the towel bars but when the wife opened the main floor vanity there were dirty towels in it.Not an ideal situation for sure. We had no place else to go. I sent a message to the host and they apologized profusely and thanked me for letting them know. That was it. No offer of sending someone to remedy it or anything just an apology.With no where else to go, I ran to the DGMarket and bought a set of king sheets so we would at least have clean sheets. We stayed but had there been options we would have left.This is the first negative review I have ever left on anything.It is a real shame and I hope they get the housekeeping worked out. They also might want to consider how to better handle any issues that come up. We were very disappointed.

Stayed February 2025

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy little house. It was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location for exploring the area. The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication easy.That said, future guests should be aware that the house has a very compact kitchen with limited counter space, small refrigerator and no dishwasher, which may require some planning for meals. There are also no closets, so storage is minimal.Overall, it’s a charming place that works well for a short stay, especially for those who pack light and don’t plan on doing a lot of cooking. Thanks again to our host!

Cozy, clean, quiet home in Hot Springs Village

This home is beautiful, clean, and quiet. It was very comfortable and has some fun features like the landing, an arcade game, and great views of the forest from all the windows. We brought our service dog in training with us. There was lots of gravel but not much grass in the yard which wasn’t a huge deal but did make taking her out a little more challenging. There also is no dishwasher in the kitchen. We did most of our own cooking so that meant a lot of washing dishes by hand. Otherwise it was a very comfortable place to stay and only 10 minutes drive from the Balboa marina.
