Please note that the apartment is located in the basement level of the property. Guests can conveniently access the unit directly from the side parking area through a private entrance leading into the apartment.

For the safety of our guests and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are installed and active in outdoor/common areas only.
Winter Stays:
During winter months, professional snow removal is generally completed within 24 hours following snowfalls exceeding 5 cm. A shovel and salt are also provided for guest convenience when needed.
Pets:
Please note that dogs and pets are not accepted unless previously approved. Bringing an undeclared pet will automatically result in a $300 penalty per animal.
Guests & Visitors:
Only guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property. Additional visitors are not allowed unless previously approved and the applicable daily guest fee has been paid.
