This single-level condo features brand-new hardwood floors and an open floor plan. Relax in the spacious living room area with a wood-burning fireplace, a 42” Roku Smart TV, a DVD player, and a queen sleeper sofa. The dining area comfortably seats six, with additional kitchen bar stools for extra seating.
Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: King bed, twin bed with trundle, 42” Samsung Smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub.
Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, bunk bed (twin over twin), 42” Vizio Smart TV, and adjacent full bathroom with shower and tub.

Community Amenities:
Enjoy access to two hot tubs, a sauna, a fitness room, and seasonal outdoor pool (summer only). Barbecue grills, tennis courts, coin laundry, and private WiFi are also included.
Location Highlights:

Megan is directly involved in every aspect of daily operations and still personally confirms every reservation in an effort to better know her guests and to meet the needs of both guests and property owners. Aided by the loving support of her husband Jason, her goal is simple: to ensure a memorable and rewarding experience to every guest by offering the finest selection of luxury vacation rentals in Mammoth, with outstanding guest service to match.
My vacation rental company has been such a joy to own and manage. My true passion is to help people plan the perfect vacation. This isn't just a business I operate, I live and breathe the experience of my guests and owners every day. Her husband Jason also holds a Bachelor's degree from UCSB in Film and Media Studies and has a background in real estate finance and transactions.
