We had a great time at this beach jewel. Although it was a quick weekend trip, having a place to unwind after exploring that was inclusive of a mini vacation was everything. The hostess even gave us a suggestion of a local art fair. We had so much fun at the art fair. Thanks for the great time!

This home was awesome! Just as described and pictured. Beautiful. Every amenity provided. Overlooks the crashing waves. Linda was very responsive. Comfy beds, fun game room, large dining area, sliding doors open all the way so it’s just like you are outdoors. You do get a workout on those stairs! But there is an elevator if someone needs it. We would love to come again!

Amazing location with amazing views. Linda was a great host. There were a couple of issue out of her control but she still took care of us to make sure we enjoyed our time. 100% would stay again. Absolutely beautiful house.

This has been a fantastic stay on the central coast. Linda was very responsive to all our initial queries and any questions we may have had during our stay. The house is beautiful, very well furnished with a great kitchen, lounging areas, rooftop deck with spa and the most amazing ocean views.

Amazing, quiet location with spectacular oceanfront views of the entire coastline. Tons of wildlife to see and experience! The home was immaculate and well supplied. The roof top deck with a Jacuzzi, a BBQ and lounge seating can't be beat. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, condiments, etc. Everyone slept wonderfully on the large and comfortable beds. Two washer and dryers! An excellent vacation home that I highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience the Central Coast!

This home is OUTSTANDING and was simply the perfect place to bring my family together to celebrate my 80th birthday! The views from the living/dining area are SPECTACULAR. We spent most mornings drinking coffee on the deck watching the ocean waves, and playing cards or Mah Jong in the afternoons. Watching the sunset over the ocean from the rooftop hot tub was a special bonus. The kitchen is a marvel with its high end appliances and two dishwashers! Playing billiards and ping pong in the downstairs basement game room was such fun, and we enjoyed family movie time in the evenings on the ginormous television! Our 17 year old grandson was thrilled to have his own bedroom living quarters. The owner’s attention to detail is meticulous. It is beautifully appointed, with lovely artwork but casual enough to feel comfy and cozy. There are more than enough dishes and glassware in the kitchen, two different coffee pots, two separate dishwashers, a refrigerator in the kitchen and another in the laundry room! I can’t recommend this home enough. Rent it and you’ll be quite pleased.

A fantastic place to spend our holiday week! Conveniently located in a very quiet walkable neighborhood with stunning ocean views. The covered second floor balcony had heaters and a fire table, which worked out especially great for the rainy days, but also to offset the morning chill. The downstairs entertainment area worked great for movie nights, pool, and of course shuffleboard. Highly recommend!

This home exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful inside and out and the clear, unobstructed ocean views were fantastic. There was plenty of room for the 9 of us to be together or to be spread out.We had a few small issues that Host Linda quickly resolved.

Awesome, modern home with great home entertainment and game room on the ocean in Shell Beach! The home is well cared for and the property manager and owner were both very responsive to all requests. We’ve already scheduled our next stay!

We loved the kitchen, everything we needed to cook. The playroom was awesome, all enjoyed it. Having the bedrooms on different levels was really nice from a noise standpoint. The views were beautiful, we enjoyed the tide pools. The weather wasn’t always cooperating but very much enjoyed our stay. We all agreed that we would like to come again.Thank you for opening your home to guests!

Family Vacation
We absolutely loved our stay. The home is beautiful, well stocked, very clean, amazing views from living room, so nice that we didn’t want to leave. California Dreaming
Loved this beautiful home! The location is perfect for the Pismo/Shell beach area. There was plenty of room for 8 adults. Everyone enjoyed having a nice bedroom with their own bathroom. This house has all the amenities for a wonderful family vacation. The view from the living area deck and the rooftop deck area were amazing! The most beautiful sunsets! The rooftop hot tub was great and enjoyed by all! The game room basement is also so much fun! There is also many places you can walk to…..a coffee shop, Brewhouse, small grocery and more! Linda our host was so helpful and very responsive for any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for a fun vacation. Also the fire table on the deck is such a nice touch in the evenings! Cozy and relaxing!

Everything was excellent. It was perfect for our party of 7 (4 adults & 3 children). It was nice that everyone had their own space. The kids especially loved the game room & the adults were blown away with the panoramic oceanviews from the 3rd floor.The only negative was that the rooftop firepit was not operable. We had looked forward to making s'mores.Overall, an excellent stay.

This was an absolutely amazing house and anyone looking to book should jump on it. The views were amazing, the house was so clean and well kept and the amenities provided were even more than expected. The location is perfect and within driving distance to so much. The elevator saved my 83 year old dad from having to deal with stairs and was a life-saver for him. The kids loved the pool table, shuffle board table and record player and had their own little retreat downstairs. The hot tub on the roof was perfect for early morning and late night relaxation. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had every amenity one could possibly think of in every area of the house. There is a 180 degree view of the ocean out the living, dining, and kitchen areas. We enjoyed sitting out on the very large deck (with room for all). It was very windy but the folding glass wind screen made it very pleasant to be out there. We had fun playing ping pong, shuffleboard, games, and the piano in the basement area. The house is large with plenty of space for everyone. The only drawback was the bedroom in the basement area that had 2 queen sized beds. It was difficult for those family members to sleep due to so much light that enters the room (even at night). They felt it needed blinds, not for privacy, but for light control. The Shell beach location was convenient for walking along the scenic trail, walking to coffee shop, and was a quick drive to beach, parks, and restaurants. It was a fun family time together and we hope to return. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house matched the listing perfectly and gave our whole group plenty of room to spread out. Everything was clean and well kept. The host Linda was wonderful, very quick to respond anytime we had a question and genuinely helpful. The location was also super convenient to the Pismo Beach pier, shopping, and restaurants. We’d definitely stay here again.
