We had a fantastic stay in an amazing location! Our hosts went above and beyond to meet our needs. They researched, organized, and scheduled all our excursions and even handled an unexpected flat tire, making everything effortless for us. They were kind, friendly, and always available without ever being intrusive. We highly recommend this home for a vacation stay and look forward to returning!

Everything about this family holiday exceeded our expectations! The hosts were and property are both top notch! The home is well equipped and comfortable, though honestly we spent most of our time enjoying the beach, bar, and town of Hopkins. The hosts had great adventure recommendations , and the adventure staff couldn’t have been better. We absolutely loved Villa Rising Sun and our hosts!10/10

This place blew us away. It is like staying at a resort that you have to yourselves. The beach is beautiful. The location is great. It is only a few minutes from everything in Hopkins. It exceeded our expectations.

Couldn’t have asked for anything better! Beach & dock were best in the area. House has modern accommodations with a Belizian feel. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, kitchen has all the necessities. I would definitely go back!

The team at Villa Rising Sun is amazing—so welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. The private beach and bar were absolute highlights and made the experience even more special. We would absolutely recommend this property.

Beautiful inside and out! Perfect place to lounge on the beach, listen to music at the tiki bar, and swim off the dock. Hosts were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, anticipating our needs before we even knew we had them. They will regularly pop by to check in on you, but they never feel intrusive. They are also very responsive to requests. And they even bought some food items to start us out. Hosts also act as concierge; they will help you set up tours and excursions. When booking snorkeling and fishing adventures through them, they will pick you up right at the dock. Another bonus, the hosts can book a private chef to come to the house to cook dinners. She is an excellent cook and her prices are very reasonable.

Perfect home set on the perfect beach. Hosts were super helpful and there when you needed them, otherwise it was very private. The private beach bar is key for hanging out (why would you ever want to be inside in Belize?) and the dedicated dock is wonderful for morning coffee and taking in the beautiful Caribbean. Beds were comfortable and the house has everything you need. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here, 10 stars! Thank you to Dean, Mark, Sabrina and the Get To Know Belize Crew, we had a memorable and fantastic time!!!

Mark, Sabrina and Dean were amazing hosts. They work together well to ensure you are well taken care of. They really know how to make you feel welcome. They stayed up late to greet us, woke up early to say good bye. We received great recommendations from them all. We loved our stay. Watching the fish and manatees at night from the pier was such a highlight and not to mention the incredible bar and fresh coconut water from the coconuts.

Great stay!

Such a great stay! Dean and Mark are very knowledgeable about the area and have great recommendations on things to do and places to go. They also set up our excursions and airport transports for us, so everything was so easy and enjoyable. Definitely recommend!

Relaxing month

A great property with on site hosts, concierge, cleaning staff and yard maintenance. Lots of info provided on place to visit, restaurants, bars, etc. The hosts and concierge are super friendly and very concerned about their guests having a great time

Amazing place

Mark and Sabrina were fantastic hosts. Such a great property. Everything was as expected from the pictures and description on the website. Would love to stay there again.They have a lot of connections and ways to set up excursions which makes it super easy. Love the beach and Tiki bar.

Great accommodations and recommendations

Mark and Sabrina are generous hosts that provide a clean and well kept home. They have quick communication for any questions prior to arrival. Dean has many recommendations for excursions and local places for food and fun. The dock, swings and private bar creates many memories for our vacation!

Wonder Experience for the whole family

Every part of our stay was wonderful. We all plan on return. Mark, Sabrina and Dean made sure we had every we needed to focus on relaxation and exploring. Highly recommended for anyone looking to have beautiful scenery, privacy, and convenience. Excursions are must!! Shout out to Meds and Jeff for helping us make epic fishing memories.
