We rented for my son’s 18th birthday to spend a few days on the water with him and his closest friends. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed (I still need to find out what shampoo was in the primary bathroom!) The ONLY issue we had was with the boat lift that seemed to have a hydraulic leak. We could not get our boat out of the water out on the main lake. Fortunately, there was the second lift in the channel that we were able to use; it did the job. I would definitely book again in the future.

Lakehouse with boat dock in canal

Well appointed and clean. Have stayed here several times. We brought a floating lily pad which was fun for swimming.. Will be back!

Lake Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect location! The house and water were easy to access. The open floor plan accommodated our group. We loved the view and the comfortable amenities. We will definitely cook again!

Luxury Waterfront Retreat

Enjoyed this beautiful venue with family and aging parents. Notwithstanding gorgeous views and easy water access, the home itself was very comfortable with modern appeal and ammentites to support all our activities from late night card games, outdoor cooking, swimming and night sky gazing. We enjoyed every minute in this beautiful home!

2024 Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time on the lake skiing and tubing. The location was close to the loading dock and having a boat slip for the boat was very handy. The house was very clean and well stocked. Thanks!

Beautiful

Perfect lake house for a quick relaxing get away with family and friends. We had 2 families in the home and it was very comfortable and spacious for 9 people. It was clean and had plenty of towels and tp. Beds are super comfy! The view is breathtaking! Definitely recommend!

Fisherman's Paradise

Chose this spot based on it's beauty and the fact that my husband brought his boat and intended to fish most of the time. The host was amazing!!! We preferred a "regular" coffee pot (old school) and he immediately brought us a new machine. The house was beautiful and accommodating. Would go back in a minute.

Perfection!

This rental was everything and more. The location was perfect and interior was a dream! It didn’t feel like I was only an hour from home and was the best weekend getaway with friends! The water was great for swimming, temp, depth and being right there was so perfect. The house came with a lily pad float and other floatys which was an added unexpected bonus. Could not recommend more and can’t wait to come back!!

Fantastic House!

We enjoyed a wonderful Spring Break relaxing at this beautiful home on Lake LBJ! There is plenty of room, the house was clean and decorated so well. The kitchen is gorgeous and had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch, we even grilled burgers one night outside. The porch overlooks a nice yard and being right on the water was perfect for the kids. The beds are SUPER comfortable and the bathrooms are really nice and spacious! We are already making plans to come back - it is great to find a house you know will be the right size, clean and BEAUTIFUL! We HIGHLY recommend!

Spring Break @ LBJ

Wonderful vacation at this beautiful Lake House. Plenty of parking for 3 cars + my pontoon boat trailer and use of the boat slip for the duration was really helpful. House was clean and fully stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We had 8 kids who were really looking forward to using the game room each night, but we were unable to gain access to the garage so that was a slight disappointment, but overall the kids had a blast anyway. I would definitely rent this property again. Great location, not far from Boat Town which has the best chicken sandwich on the planet!

4th of July

The view of the fireworks from this property was amazing it was directly across the river from this house the only downside about the property was the canal was full of moss and stagnant water the boat lifts weren’t fully functional unfortunately but other than that I’d recommend staying here!

Great Location

House was great! We were welcomed with a bottle of wine. It was very clean and had everything you would need. There were 6 of us, and we had plenty of room. Being right on the river was great! Kids were able to fish right there. It had a fire pit, which we were looking forward to using. However, there was a fire ban. We didn’t think about checking that out beforehand. We now know.:) The house was in a great location- close to local restaurants, Inks State Park and Longhorn Caverns. Only a short drive to Marble Falls, Spicewood and Enchanted Rock.

Spectacular House

Wow! We had an amazing time during our stay in Kingsland in this house. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is an extra luxury during a vacation. Decorations and style of the house was beautiful. Lots of space and comfortable. Location was great, shops and restaurants were a very short drive. Suggestions: - Garage needs a/c because we were not able to use the games (ping pong and air hockey tables) due to the extreme hot weather and it been so hot inside. We didn’t missed it, but it’s a nice choice to have available for kids. - House providing some water toys (like kayaks or paddle boards) included, even with extra charge, so we have even more activities available. Thank you for everything, we loved our vacation here and will definitely go back soon. Yk

Misadvertised!!!

While the house was cute and clean....you will NOT have access to the garage where they advertise ping pong and air hockey in multiple pictures. Also, there is only ONE, not TWO boat slips available for use and they are not as shown in the picture. They also did not provide linens for the pull out couch.

Our weekend

Hi there. We absolutely LOVED this property! The only reason I didn't give five stars is because of the water. It looks so pretty in the pictures, but we didn't know that there would be thick weeds to swim through to find a spot in the water that didn't have this problem. We ended up renting a mat so that we could put our cooler and one of our more squeamish friends on it. 😬 Swimming though it would have been okay if it opened up to a large space without the weeds, but they were everywhere and were scratchy/painful to swim through. If we had known, we would have prepared a little better with more mats for all of us to float on or chosen another property because the floating in the water all day aspect is the main reason we do these get aways. Other than that, it was great. We were super impressed with all of the nice appliances - especially the oven! Thank you!
