Bree and Fritz are thrilled to open the doors of their home away from home for the first time! After moving to Cabo a few years ago, they sought a peaceful retreat to enjoy with family and friends. Over time, they made thoughtful and functional upgrades to the unit, enhancing comfort and convenience for easy living. Although they are sad to leave Cabo after living there full-time, they’re excited to share their serene oasis with others, offering a perfect escape when they’re not able to enjoy it themselves.

Without a doubt, it was the breathtaking view that won over Bree and Fritz! A close second was the neighborhood, Pedregal, where this building is located. Pedregal is the only neighborhood in Cabo with its own dedicated desalination water plant, ensuring clean and reliable water year-round—a huge advantage in Mexico. Strolling along the cobblestone streets of Pedregal offers a great workout while taking in panoramic views of Cabo, the Bay, and the Pacific Ocean. Plus, Pedregal boasts amenities that set it apart from any other neighborhood in Cabo: a private beach, pickleball/tennis/basketball courts, Courtside Café, and the exclusive Mountain Club.
