Stilfuld Lakefront Villa med sydvendt pool. En kort køretur til fine strande.

Villaen har to store receptioner indrettet i en behagelig afslappet stil. Det fuldt udstyrede køkken har en stor komfur, køleskab med fryser med isvand og en ny opvaskemaskine.
En rummelig rolig spisestue har et bord til seks og et mindre spisebord i køkkenet med plads til fire med i villaen. Der er et yderligere bord på pooldækket med plads til fire med en ny fuld størrelse BBQ, som gæsterne kan bruge uden omkostninger. Den opvarmede swimmingpool har et børnesikkerhedsnet alt under et afskærmet bur.
En vaskemaskine og tørretumbler er i et separat rum. Der er en konge seng i skibsføreren, queensize seng i anden og to enkeltsenge i tredje soveværelse alle med topmadrasser. Alle værelser har fladskærms-tv og radioer.

We loved our stay at this home. It was so close and convenient to everything we needed! The hosts and property managers responded promptly to all of our messages and their kindness was very appreciated. Our kids loved the pool. It was a great size for our family of four with room to spare!

The property was very comfortable, in a fGreat community. The hosts were very accommodating. They had local company come by a couple times to service the pool. We had one issue with the washing machine which quickly resolved by the local maintenence company. A wonderful experience and we would stay there again!

Beauitful, charming house w great pool!

We loved our trip. Kids wanted to swim in pool nonstop and hosts were kind and communicative. Beds were comfy too! Will stay again for sure.

We really enjoyed this home. Very roomy and the pool was nice and warm. The kitchen could have been better equipped e.i. no measuring cups, no 9 x 13 baking pan. We made due and it was fine. Pauline was very quick to reply to my messages. She was so kind about our late night check in. Enjoyed our time at this home.

Sabal Harbour Stay

This was an excellent 5 week stay. The house gave us everything we needed, and the weather made everything perfect. We are looking forward to next year where we are thinking about a 6 week stay.

Loved this place

Clean and spacious home. Pool was amazing. Centrally located to restaurants, stores and beaches. Will definitely stay here again if we can. TVs could be easier to manage!!!

Sable Harbor house

The 3 bedroom house was lovely and very quick communication with owners. Pool at house was nicely heated. Community center larger pool was also fun for the kids to use.

Loved our stay!

This villa in a quiet, upscale neighborhood is a great home base to enjoy the Bradenton/ Sarasota area. My husband and I found the neighborhood great for walking with pretty landscaping and friendly neighbors. The sunrise views over the pool and water were a delight. The home has every amenity one would need and is only about a 30 minute drive to gulf beaches.

Perfect Vacation Home

My family and I could not have enjoyed our stay more. The home was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation for the week. Only a short drive from several beaches and the beautiful gulf coast. My children’s favorite part of our vacation home was the pool. I recommend this home for anyone who wants a vacation home that feels like their home away from home.

Pool does NOT have a handle bar to get in and out of Pool! Left 1 full roll of toilet paper and 2 rolls in guest bath that had but 6 sheets on them! Had to go buy more toilet paper! Pool guy didn’t show up on Monday like the description says, in fact, he didn’t show up at all while we were staying there! The queen size bedroom the bed pillows, smell like very used and not fresh or washed! When leaving the property, it says to wash sheets and bedding and towels, but it’d be nice if they would leave some laundry soap to do so because we gotta go buy our own. Otherwise the Vrbo is a good place to stay. Just wish they had that handle for the pool so my 84-year-old father could enjoy the pool but he couldn’t because he couldn’t get in and out of the pool and I also had a hard time because I had a total knee replacement four months ago and it was very hard for me to get in and out of the pool.

Hello. Firstly, I must apologise to you for the oversight by our manager on not checking up on toilet roll and laundry soap replacement. He informs me that he has had to travel to Dallas for a family health issue for a few days and his routines were upended. He does a fine job of looking after our lovely villa as can be seen from our great guest reviews of our Premier Host home. You were given contact details to use for any problems you may encounter at all via text, email and phone to our management company but you chose not to use them. Had you done so someone would have called asap to correct any issues. Regarding the entry into the pool (via the shallow steps within) we do not state that our pool has disabled access frames in our conditions. The pool images obviously show no rail in place which would be an important issue for you to check up on with us knowing your needs. We had not had one single word from you until this review despite our timely contacts to you and fulsome home information during the booking process, so were completely unaware of your fathers situation and also of yours. We have owned and rented our home to guests for over 20 years and not one person has ever mentioned this issue, but they do speak of how much they enjoy the use of the heated pool and its cleanliness. We sincerely hope that you find a more suitable home for any further vacations you may take and wish you well. Best wishes, Howard and Pauline.

We love the home and the local area and try to visit twice year to enjoy visiting the many towns and beaches nearby such as Siesta Key and the fabulous Anna Maria Island.
We live in the UK in the north of the country in an area called the Lake District where I work for a cottage rental company and my husband renovates period properties for a living.
We have made many friends during our ownership of Little Palms Villa, and are pleased to have many repeat bookings from guests who stay there, some returning year after year.

We spent a long time choosing our Florida home and decided that the place with the greatest appeal for us was the Gulf Coast with its superb beaches and unhurried lifestyle compared to other areas we visited. The home is just a 5 minute drive from the I 75 (running north south the length of Florida) close to the west coast allowing easy travel to the many attractions of the Sarasota and Bradenton area. The main point that we loved about the villa was the south facing view over the pool to the rear over the peaceful lake.

Our villa has all of the amenities that any guest would need for a comfortable, trouble free stay on the Gulf Coast. We have a fine management company who look after the home in our absence, and guests are constantly remarking on how clean and well maintained Little Palms Villa is. We have televisions in most rooms, a Bose sound system connected to the one in the in the main living room and radios and sound systems throughout the home. Our fully equipped kitchen means that the occasional evening at home is a must, with dining areas in the kitchen, dining room and outside on the tiled patio area beside the pool. We provide a regularly replaced gas BBQ at no charge to guests (including gas). There are five sun loungers beside the heated pool which has underwater lighting to enable evening swimming and is under a lanai screen.
Fully air-conditioned, the home is a great base for families or even couples to spend time in comfort while exploring the great facilities in the locality. These include the pure quartz sandy beach and town of Siesta Key, the stylish city of Sarasota ( both reached within half an hours drive of Sabal Harbour) and the beautiful Anna Maria Island with its quaint 'Key West' feel and miles of clean beaches.
