Important Information
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests
• No parties or large gatherings
• No smoking of any kind, including marijuana
• Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM

Pet Friendly
• $99 pet fee applies
• Housebroken dogs and cats are welcome
• Pets must be walked in designated grass areas
• Please clean up and properly dispose of all pet waste
• Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds
• Guests are responsible for damage, excessive hair, odors, or stained linens caused by pets

Security
• Ring doorbell camera installed at the front door for safety
• No other cameras are located inside or outside the condo

Parking
• Free parking available directly in front of the condo
• Motorcycle and golf cart parking permitted

Pool & Clubhouse
• Pool key card is provided in the welcome basket
• Lost pool key cards will incur a $100 replacement fee
• Guests have access to the community pool, clubhouse, restrooms, outdoor shower, and fountain area

Entertainment
• Smart TVs with streaming apps installed
• Guests must log into their own streaming accounts
• Books, games, and activities available for guest use

Family-Friendly Extras
• Portable crib with bassinet may be available upon request
• Please request at booking or at least 3 days before arrival
• Subject to availability

Laundry
• Washer and dryer available for guest use
• Please remove sand from clothing and towels before washing
• Please clean the lint trap before each dryer use

Beach Gear
• Beach chairs, cooler, beach toys, boogie boards, and towels are available for guest use
• Please remove sand and return all items before checkout

Safety
• Fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink
• First aid kit, flashlight, and scissors provided

Trash
• Garbage bags are provided
• Please place bagged trash in the bins near the building parking areas

Checkout
1. Wash dishes or load them into the dishwasher and run it before departure.
2. Place all used towels in a pile. No need to wash them.
3. Remove all food from the refrigerator.
4. Wipe sand from beach gear and shake out towels before returning them.
5. Remove all trash from the condo.
6. Guests who remain in the property past the 10:00am checkout time without preapproval for late checkout will incur a fine of $50 per every 30 minutes
