View was great and kitchen was well stocked. While the gas grill was also in great shape it was in front rather than on the back deck where the view could be enjoyed to the fullest.

You were wonderful guests. You followed all the house rules, communicated clearly and promptly, and left the house exactly as we found it while following the check-out instructions. We look forward to hosting you again in the near future.

The area is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are immaculately maintained. The condo is well appointed with everything you need for the comfort of home away from home. The location of PGA West was ideal for our time at the tennis tourney in Indian Wells.

Everything was good. Very clean. Well equiped. Easy to check in. Great view. The only issue we had is that the dishwasher works but is on it's last leg. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

Great location and property. Wish the ceiling fan in the master bedroom had more than one speed but otherwise everything was great.

Great stay @ PGA West

Photos of property are accurate. Very clean, and comfortable stay. Location is excellent overlooking the green. Spent a lot of time on the patio watching the hummingbirds, patio heater is much appreciated after sundown. Will book here again.

Peaceful and gorgeous view

We really liked sitting on the deck in the morning, watching golfers putt on the green! The bedrooms and ensuites were very clean and comfortable. Huge kitchen table had room for both of our laptops, AND meals!

Lovely!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being very familiar with PGAW, great location. Many community pool near-by. This being an "unusual" year, it was still quite warm. Ate at all our favorite restaurants. AND unbelievably, we could bring our dogs (they are small & non-shedding--too many allergies otherwise). Golf courses great!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at this property and again it ticked all the boxes, excellent facilities, location and outlook. The property is beautifully maintained with all the facilities you could wish for. The location is perfect for golfers, with easy access to so many courses, which was our reason for staying here. We could not have been more happy with Royale Vacation Rentals and Steve who was very helpful answering any queries instantly making the whole experience even more enjoyable. We will be back.

Truely amazing location and views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we first made contact the whole experience was a breeze. Being the first time using VRBO we were a little apprehensive. Gladly the whole experience was great. Booking and payment was smooth, all questions answered promptly. The condo was exactly as described and in the pictures. Condo was spotless, well cared for and had everything we needed for a truly memorable vacation. I can’t describe how amazing the view from the patio was. The pictures didn’t do it justice. We will definitely be a return visitor.

PGA West Condo on Shoal Creek

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has a gorgeous view of the golf course and mountains. The neighborhood is kept up extremely well and is complemented with flowers everywhere. The neighborhood is noisy during the weekdays with landscape crews using gas driven power tools. The condo itself is nice. The showers are nicely tiled with glass panels and seats. We suggest installing grab bars. The washer and dryer are good appliances. We suggest here installing hooks or bars to hang laundry. There isn’t anything to hang hangars on. The two refrigerators seem to run almost continuously and they’re irritatingly noisy. The ceiling fan in the guest bedroom was unable to be operated because the remote for it was missing. One of the side tables in the master bedroom is wobbly and needs attention. The living space furniture is uncomfortable. The people at the rental office were efficient and very helpful.

Nice but warm

The property is in great condition however the a/c could not get the living area colder than 75-80 degrees. The Wi-Fi was also out for our stay which made working remotely impossible. The property manager was very helpful in trying to remedy however nothing could be done about the a/c and the Wi-Fi required a repairman to come out.
