-Curl up on the couch and enjoy the view outside and high ceilings with exposed beams. Pull out sofa for extra guests. (Fireplace not for renter use)
-3 bedrooms include a queen, full size & low profile bunk bed (perfect for children-150lb limit per twin). All have smart TVs, air conditioners, & bedding.
-Full Bath with towels provided.
-Kitchen-Cooking supplies, kitchen island table with seating, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, wine glasses, utensils, pots & pans, Cappuccino Machine, Crockpot, and Keurig
-Washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, & security cameras on the property
-The driveway fits 3 vehicles
-NO PETS ALLOWED.


Relax Outside
-Go out the sliding doors to the deck with seating for your morning coffee, a gas grill for BBQ or to simply sit back and enjoy the great outdoors with deer sightings. In the front yard you will find a fire pit with comfortable seating. Step off the back deck into a 5-person hot tub, featuring a lounge seat, 25 jets for maximum comfort.

-4 lake beaches that all have playgrounds, picnic tables, charcoal grills, boating/fishing docks & roped off swimming areas.
-Arrowhead has 3 different pools (one with a kiddie pool)

MANDATORY COMMUNITY FEES (fee will be added to VRBO as extra charge after giving the ages of all guests and number of cars). I will also need Make, model, plate number & Registered state for each car no later than 5 days prior to arrival. ($100 late fee will be charged if info is not sent on time, it is an Arrowhead late fee, I cannot waive it)
transaction fee per rental $20, gate card fee $20 per car, temporary membership (age 6+) $8.50 daily, $42.50 weekly (in-season, late May-early September), $2 daily (off-season).

Arrival time 4pm & departure time is 11am
Go direct to the house. No check ins. Gate pass will be emailed to you.
