We enjoyed staying on property for 1 night as we passed through Palmer. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen and linens accommodated our large party. We loved the large seating areas and amenities. Our stay was in summer and the fans in all rooms were an added bonus.

Beautiful and comfortable house with lots of room. We were. group of 6 and enjoyed relaxing after going to Hatcher’s Pass and Musk Ox Farm. The property is very quiet and peaceful and close enough to town for groceries restaurants.

House was rustic, clean and had everything needed. Hot tub was clean and well maintained. Game room had tons of entertainment. Kitchen was clean and stocked with plenty of dishes and spices for cooking. Bedrooms were spacious and inviting. There was a step near the door that was unexpected and a bit of a trip hazard.

We were a multigenerational family of 9 traveling in Alaska. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We stayed 2 nights and everyone was comfortable. Jeremiah was easy to contact and had great communication. Only suggestion would be to have a couple fans to use in the rooms. Otherwise it was just what we needed.

This house was perfect for our family over Christmas! They had a Christmas tree all lit up for us when we arrived! The rooms were cozy - the game room was a huge hit - the hot tub was huge and so nice to sit in and look at the stars! This house had everything we needed for a very special family Christmas and the host was responsive and communicated well! We would definitely love to stay there again!

Great communication with Jeremiah. The house itself is really fun. We had two families with kids aged 13 to 20, and everyone found something enjoyable to do in the game room. We had some intense ping-pong and pool tournaments, and a few people really got into the video games. The adults appreciated the hot tub as well.

Host was very good at communication. The house was a logistical dream for our athletes who competed at GPRA over three days. Some comments I overheard from the athletes included, “The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The game room is amazing and we are sad to leave it.. The property had ample parking with well plowed driveways. The house is spacious and fit eight student athletes and two adult chaperones. The hot tub was used, and the kitchen was well used. Everything was great for a large group. Nicely done!

We enjoyed this property! It is close to all of our planned activities in Hatcher Pass. The house is spacious and has a great gameroom and a hot tub. We were so busy we didn't have a chance to try out the hot tub, but we'll stay and extra day here next time. The property is very private and comfortable. We slept well after a very full day outdoors each day.

Nice spot in a nice town

The house was great for the number of people we had. The deck was nice to hang out on and the kitchen was great for cooking meals. The property and rooms were clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was on with the Vrbo side of things and once I have communication with Jeremiah, everything went smooth and he was very helpful.

Our code didn't work when we got there. However, the owner answered his phone right away and got us right in. This property was perfect for our group of 6. We stayed for 1 week. There were beds for each of us, two bathrooms, and the game room was spacious and so much fun. There was plenty of room to have guests over for a big family dinner. There were plenty of kitchen items...except dish towels. The butcher block counters around the stove were extremely sticky. Not from being dirty, but from the varnish or finish of the countertop. We just covered it with a plastic tablecloth. The location was perfect for us. We were there for a wedding in Palmer but had errands to run in Wasilla. The house is located between the two. We would rent this property again. The house had a more rustic feel than I feel the pictures show. This was not a problem for us, but the pictures make it look a little more fresh and modern. If you have older people in your group the steps leading up to the deck are a little tricky to navigate. But, you can walk up a little hill to the entrance in back. Again, I would definitely rent this property again.
