If outdoor cameras, doorbell devices or internet are tampered with, this qualifies for immediate cancellation of your reservation.

No gatherings or parties. For your safety and in compliance with city ordinances, PARTIES and GATHERINGS OVER THE MAXIMUM UNIT OCCUPANCY ARE PROHIBITED. All visiting guests must be reported and approved by the host.
