Discover Lux Cabin, a newly unveiled luxury retreat situated in the serene Smith Creek Reserve, with its own Water Park. Designed to accommodate up to 22 guests with ease. The cabin features breathtaking mountain views and has expansive balconies on three levels and is ideally situated just one mile from The Parkway in Pigeon Forge, which boasts an array of attractions such as Dollywood, diverse shops, restaurants, and family-friendly entertainment.

Lux Cabin features six private bedrooms, five equipped with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. There's a unique bunk bed section for special guests, complete with individual TVs and a bathroom. Designed to accommodate up to 20 guests, this newly-built luxury cabin offers ample space for everyone. Highlights include a private indoor pool, an arcade-filled game room, a personal indoor theater with an 85" TV and Sonos sound system, a fully-stocked kitchen for all your cooking desires, a private hot tub with mountain views, and a warm fire table with seating next to the hot tub.

The location of this property was absolutely amazing, and the house itself has great potential. The layout was comfortable, and we truly enjoyed the surrounding area.Unfortunately, the experience was brought down by several major issues. The house was not clean upon arrival, which was disappointing given the advertised standards. We also encountered multiple maintenance problems during our stay that required attention—far more than should be expected. A tv that was broken upon arrival and never replaced, an ice machine also broke when we arrived and not fixed and the upstairs air conditioning that broke twice during our stay in 99 degree weather. Perhaps most frustrating was the management. They were unprofessional and dismissive, and did not follow through on their stated 24-hour cleaning policy. Communication felt more like an inconvenience to them than a service.With better upkeep and respectful management, this could be a fantastic rental. But as it stands, I can't recommend it.

Great house and location! All was as depicted on the VRBO site and the house and community amenities were top notch. We stayed here with 8 adults and 6 children and never felt cramped. Several of the kids cried or whined when they had to leave. We had a great time.

Great Family Fun!

Exceptional home with many amenities for all ages. The theater was fun with the young people as well as the adults watching sports at night. We enjoyed the pool inside the house as well as the water park outside the house. The hot tub was clean and the hot tubs at the water park were huge. The game room was fun for the younger people and the older kids loved the game selection. If your rained in for the day your in the right house. Kitchen was fully equipped with appliances and everything you needed to make great meals. All the beds were comfortable with extra blankets if you needed them. Property manager was always available for any questions. My family and I had a great time. We were all very comfortable. If you’re looking to make great memories with a great ambiance here’s your place. I can’t wait to plan another trip here.You are also close to everything.

Beatiful cabin

Very impressed with the overall design and how well organized the entire place is. Note: the cabin is in the middle of a construction zone and the contractors start their day very early so dont be surprised if you hear a lot of noise early morning. Besides that, we were very pleased with everything from how easy and reachable the host was and how well thought out the design of the house js. Overall great experience.

Excellent experience

Everything that was listed and more. The children didn't want to leave the property. Great for a family. We enjoyed every minute, would recommend to anyone, and would definitely stay again. I couldn't even think of one small complaint. This was an excellent experience.

Modern cabin

Very nice modernized cabin. We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen fully equipped for nights you want to stay in. Hot tub and pool were great. The theater room was awesome too. Kids loved it.

Newly Built Cabin with Great Amenities!

This is my first time staying in this cabin, and it was an amazing experience - 5 STARS! The host is incredibly responsive and has such a great sense of humor, which made everything even more enjoyable. The cabin itself is brand new and absolutely stunning – it’s equipped with everything you could want. The kids had a blast in the pool and the game room, while the adults enjoyed the hot tub, BBQing on the deck, and watching movies in the fantastic theater room. The location is perfect, just a short drive from the Parkway and Dollywood. I highly recommend this cabin – you won’t be disappointed!

Incredible Cabin!

This cabin is brand new with rate of the art, modern decor, in an amazing location 1 mile from town. The property is beautiful, spacious and fun. The property owners/managers were immediately accessible and responsive at all times. The cabin was stocked with everything one could think to need (even ziplock bags and batteries!). With the exception of construction being done next door daily, the stay was perfect. I am an early riser, so the construction didn’t bother me as much as those with me who had planned to sleep in! Otherwise, perfect!!
