We’d like to clarify that if a pet is visiting or present at the cabin at any time, we do require prior notification. This allows our team to make proper arrangements with our cleaners to ensure the cabin is thoroughly sanitized and prepared for all guests, including those with allergies. The pet fee helps cover this additional level of cleaning and care.
We understand this may have been a misunderstanding, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion it caused. That said, we genuinely hope that aside from this issue, you were able to enjoy the rest of your stay and the comfort of our newly built luxury cabins.

Absolutely Spectacular Stay!Our stay at this property was truly spectacular and absolutely deserving of five stars. The house was perfect for our group of 19 people, offering plenty of space, comfort, and everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It was extremely well equipped, clean, and thoughtfully prepared to accommodate a large group with ease.The location was excellent and very convenient, with grocery stores and great restaurants just a few minutes away, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.We also want to highlight the outstanding communication with the host. From start to finish, the host was responsive, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly, which gave us total peace of mind.We created amazing memories in this house, and it exceeded all of our expectations. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely love to stay here again!

Overall our stay went OK and we loved the layout of the cabin, the amenities and nice views. There was plenty of space for 7 Adults and 2 kids to spread out. The VRBO host was responsive as well. We wanted to love it here but sadly we won’t be returning to this cabin or resort. We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and amount of broken items at arrival.Loudly beeping smoke detectors for hours, very slow Wi-Fi, the pool room lights went out twice, part of the hot tub jets didn’t work, the staircase is very creaky, filthy floors, dirty plates and placemats, stained bed sheets, empty soap dispensers, dishwasher issues, and we could hear the loud neighbors while trying to sleep due to the thin walls, etc. Guest services has a nice texting system where they will respond back, but it took several hours or even days for someone to show up at the cabin to help with issues we had. At checkout we reported the long list of damages we found and the many areas that they need to clean better and all they said was thank you, without an apology. The waterpark area is nice but one of the two hot tubs was more like luke warm, and no one could figure out how to use the jets, maybe they’re on a timer but no sign to say that. Also they didn’t give us the waterpark gate code at check in so we had to ask people at the pool.
