Spend your days swimming to your heart's content, playing pool basketball with the attached hoop, or treating yourself to soothing baths in the hot tub.

The home features rich wood accents, presenting a Pacific Northwest feel throughout the home. Discover not one, but two separate living areas, ideal for larger groups. One of the living areas boasts a beautiful gas fireplace and a comfortable seating area, where you can gather and plan your next adventures with family and friends. The larger living room enjoys vaulted ceilings, a large smart TV with streaming services and cable, numerous book and board games, and even a small wet bar. Surprise your guests with your culinary skills in the adjoining, well-appointed kitchen and treat them to delicious homemade meals. The kitchen has been appointed with modern, stainless steel appliances and a cute coffee station with Keurig and drip coffee makers. The formal dining room makes for a great place to host formal meals and game nights.

All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, custom built-in wardrobes, and smart TVs. They are all about comfort and entertainment! The primary bedroom enjoys an en suite bath with a 7' massage tub, heated floors, and a walk-in shower with two shower heads.

All guests shall abide by SavageVacations good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The front room couch has a pull-out queen-size bed for an additional sleeping option.
2 dog(s), weighing 35lbs or less, are welcome in this home with additional non-refundable pet fee. No other animals are allowed.
Every Friday early morning (around 6-7am) our pool and spa maintenance person comes to the pool area to keep our spa amenities crystal clear. They wont be entering the living area of the house and usually are done before 7:30am.
Since we have horses on the property you may see or may not a truck coming to the barn (sharing same driveway) to feed and clean after horses. They do not interact with guests and come for a short period of time.

For guest safety and property security, there are exterior cameras located at the front entrance and back patio. These cameras are operational and may record video and audio. There are no cameras inside the home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $1500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
