Great house for a big group. Plenty of beds, two fridges, and lots of activities in the house. The giant windows were a plus, and the location was fantastic.

The house was great for our big group of 29 people. The kitchen provided everything that we needed. The host responded very quickly. The rooms were spacious and very clean

Great Getaway at the Beach

Wonderful host, extremely responsive to all our questions and requests, easy check-in and great location for easy beach access. Large fenced yard great for outdoor activities and several comfortable and cozy indoor spaces for any type of gatherings. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Host was very responsive. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils etc. Doesn't have pantry so we got creative with our food storage. Large space allowed for adults and kids to spread out. Easy beach access! Only notes are that under the couches/beds seemed to be missed during cleaning and to be careful coming back inside from the front and back yards because of sticker plants getting stuck and tracked inside by shoes. Other things we ran into we communicated with the host who was super responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

The hosts assistant was amazing. She was always quick to respond with any questions we had.The house was well equipped and in a great location. We loved having lots of room for everyone and it was great being right by the beach.

Great spot for a large group. Had everything we wanted. To outdoor space is perfect and the lights outside were awesome. Highly recommend for your future trip!

Good items:Provided Soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers. Great location to beach.Provided extra garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels for our large group of 16.Plenty of towels and beach towels.Plenty of outdoor chairs.Areas to improve on:Shower in loft leaks on the floor underneath the molding.Grass in yard was full of puncture vine and burs, which got in peoples’ feet—it would have been helpful to know about that, or been warned not to walk barefoot in yard.Kitchen pan drawers were too full, particularly the number of lids.

Epic Clamsgiving Adventure

We had 20 friends get together for a friendsgiving and clamming weekend. The house was cozy and comfortable with all the amenities, easy access to the beach, and the hosts were super responsive, friendly, and proactive in providing information! Check-in was easy, the house was clean and well-maintained, and we hope to do it again next year.

22 students and 5 adults, there was plenty of room inside for a variety of activities. The pool table was popular, and so was the fire pit.

Great Gathering Place for Family Reunions

This property worked PERFECTLY for our family reunion. Finding that we had easy access to the beach being at the main Ocean City entrance was a huge plus. The kitchen was great for cooking for the entire family and the house provided more than enough space for us to all enjoy ourselves. Highly recommend for large groups!

Great place for a reunion!

The host, as well as the maintenance staff were quick and very helpful with everything. Just minor things with a house this size, and so so close to the beach. The beach was much quieter than down by the town. Wonderful sunsets. Lots of room and lots of bed. Thanks so much.

Perfect Location & Great For Large Groups!

We booked Miramar for a 60th wedding anniversary and we had close to 30 people and we had plenty of room. Two main living rooms, a well stocked kitchen with all of the utensils we could need. We also loved the hot tub and the fire pit in what is an amazing backyard. One of the closest properties to the beach (within walking distance) this is a great house!!

Private School Staff Retreat

I brought 20 ladies to stay the night for our Staff Retreat. My team works so hard and deserve to be spoiled, this house definitely allowed for that! In fact, they were enjoying the space so much we actually forgot to do some of our scheduled activities. We had a little issue with the hot tub but other than that it was a great trip! Great location! We were there on a rainy weekend so we didn't utilize the backyard, but it is also a beautiful space that would be fun to utilize. Thank you Miramar staff for providing a great location for our getaway!

Large house with multiple gathering areas which easily accomadated our 20 family members for 4 nights

The house exceeded our expectations. When we wanted to make a change the host worked with us. We had several family groups (20 people) and the house easily handled our variety of age groups and interests. While there was not a view of the ocean, the beach was only a few hundred yards. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Unforgettable memories

The fact that we had all the people we love in one house is absolutely amazing. Unforgettable memories were made in this house and the host were even better. One thing that would have made the experience better is to add the option to allow animals. Other than that--- couldn't have gone any better. Thank you so much for everything, what a wonderful stay. Would definitely rent out the house again!

Great property, great communication!

Our group stayed at The Miramar Beach House for a weekend retreat March 12 - 15, 2026. We have been coming to the beach for this event for the past 13 years and have rented a number of different houses. The Miramar house is definitely our favorite and we already booked it for next year. The house has several sleeping options both upstairs and downstairs and there are plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with dishes and pots and pans, everything is labeled and easy to find. There is a great backyard where we watched the deer and we could see the ocean from the wrap around deck on the back of the house. Our group loved warming up in the hot tub, and there was a fire pit and loads of chairs around it. We really loved this house! There is a game room and additional living room downstairs that the kids really enjoyed. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Great Space, Close to the Beach

We were thrilled to find this space last minute and our group absolutely loved the house. The proximity to the beach was perfect for a brisk walk and the peekaboo view of the water from the house made it feel like you were way closer to the water. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cutlery, dishes, and pretty much everything you’d need! The only thing I would have loved to see from a planning perspective would be map style layouts of each floor included in the listing photos just so we would know where to put people ahead of time.

Great beach house for large family gathering!

This beach house has it all. LOTS of beds. Enough bathrooms with showers that we could all get a chance to shower each morning. Comfortable great room. Kitchen is very well stocked with all kinds of dishes and appliances. Close to the beach, an easy walk over. Outdoor areas nice (deck, fire pit, and hot tub). Quiet area, and the parking is wonderful for big groups. I think we had about 10 cars easily parked in the parking area. And, to top it off, the management team was very responsive through out the rental process. Always very quick to respond to questions!Great place to rent.

Wonderful Family Gathering

We had a four generation family gathering this past weekend. It was a perfect place to be together for meals, evenings and beautiful times on the beach. The kitchen is top of the line. The table is huge for the family to gather around. The bedrooms are large and the basement is filled with bunks and game rooms for the kids! It is just a short walk to the lovely beach or a quick drive for the older folks! The parking is plentiful for all the guests. The hot tub was perfect for after the kids went to bed! We were surprised at all the extras! Baby gates, high chair and so much more. The house is ready for everything.

Great house for large family reunion

The beach house is perfect for large family reunions. We had a reunion of 45 people. It accommodated my group adequately. Not enough beds, but we are happy with sofas and airbeds. We brought our own airbeds and sleeping supplies. The beach is so close, everyone can walk there. The living room hold everyone for group events. We had so much fun with charade games.

We had a family reunion of 30 people at the Miramar House and it was a great fit for us. The house was very spacious so we didn't feel crowded, there were plenty of beds and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed. It was easily within walking distance of the beach and we had such a good time there, looking for sand dollars and shells and flying kites. The Olympic National Forest (and Park) were under an hour driving distance away and we had a fun day hiking there.The host was exceptionally responsive and so easy to work with. She was great! The few minor problems were quickly resolved.The one problem with the house was that there was only one bathroom on the ground level and that's where most of the beds are located. We had 21 people located on that level and with just one bathroom it got tricky for them to find places to shower. It wasn't uncommon for them to be looking around, trying to find a free shower on the upper two levels - and there were just three showers total on those levels. So, that was frustrating. Another bathroom on the ground level would be a major improvement.But, all in all, everyone enjoyed our time there and many people commented on what a great location it was. Wish we could go back next year!
