Beautiful home, well equipped with everything you need for beach days and meals at home. The management team was wonderful! They went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay.

Family vacay

This place is everything you want , when we arrived Henrietta was there to greet us and show us around the villa. She gave us recommendations for places to visit on the island and what restaurants to try. The kitchen was well stocked, and we cooked dinner and breakfast a few days. The bedrooms all have their own bathrooms and are beautifully decorated and have amazing views. We will definitely come back to stay again. It was hard to leave

Loved the property and the views

This property was perfect for us! The 6 of us (3 couples) each had our own beautiful suite. The main building was comfortable with beautiful views and breezes. The home had all the amenities needed from beach chairs and towels to a barbeque grill when we decided to cook ourselves. The property management gave a thorough in person check in process and was great at communicating if we had any questions. We wll definitely recommend this property to others. ed i vl

True Story exceeded every expectation. The house is absolutely stunning, impeccably maintained, and even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Every detail, from the architecture to the furnishing, was thoughtfully designed, creating a space that felt incredibly comfortable.The views are amazing, and the outdoor living spaces truly make the property special. We spent hours relaxing by the pool and enjoying the porch whenever we weren’t exploring the beaches. Even with just three of us, the home felt spacious and would easily accommodate multiple couples or a larger group without ever feeling crowded.The location was also perfect. Private and peaceful, yet just a quick and easy drive to Cruz Bay, restaurants, and shopping.The Book VI team was exceptional to work with from beginning to end. Communication was seamless, and they were responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire trip. They made everything effortless and exceeded our expectations in every way.We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend True Story without hesitation to anyone visiting St. John.

The place is immaculate. Clean, organized and spacious. The bedrooms are all the same size and have bathrooms attached individually which makes for great privacy and separate from the main house and kitchen which allows for others to be up early or late and not interrupt others. The balcony is awesome space and all the main house doors open and collapse into the walls making for a very open area in and out. The main house has two a/c units and each bedroom has their own, all with remotes and remote controlled ceiling fans. The coffee maker uses cone filters and there are common condiments like salt/pepper and spices. Plenty of dishes and pots/pans to cook and eat in. The mgmt company met us there to show us around and answer any questions. We had groceries delivered ahead of time from Provisions which made for a nice arrival. Will definitely remember this for our next trip to St John.

Great stay. Unbelievable view, very clean and more than we expected. Had a few minor issues and the communication with the managers was fast and perfect. Highly recommend.
