The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

The six bedrooms are a haven of comfort. Downstairs, Bedroom 1 features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 offers another king bed with its own ensuite. Bedrooms 3 and 4 delight younger guests with twin beds in themed rooms: Harry Potter and Mickey Mouse. The Jack & Jill bathrooms serve these rooms, ensuring convenience. Bedroom 5 features a queen bed and a crib, making it perfect for a small family. The final Bedroom 6 offers another queen bed, all bathed in natural light and carefully designed for a restful night.



Outdoor Living

Step outside to your pool area, an oasis where you can swim, relax, and bask in the Florida sunshine (or heat it for those cooler evenings). A hot tub adds extra relaxation to your outdoor space. Outdoor dining and lounging areas are set up for family meals or quiet time by the pool. The community water park provides additional fun and is free for guests to access, ensuring every day is packed with adventure.

The game room is a favorite for many, complete with a pool table, ping pong table, and plenty of games to keep everyone entertained. Inside, the loft area offers an ideal spot for family movie nights or just relaxing after a long day at the theme parks.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare your meals, whether it’s a quick breakfast or a multi-course dinner. Two spacious dining areas—one inside and another outdoors—ensure there’s always space for the whole family to enjoy a meal together.

Located in the Windsor Island community, you’re just a short drive from the world-famous Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. You’ll have easy access to top attractions while enjoying the quiet of a residential neighborhood.

Please note: We provide the grill, but propane is not included. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane if needed.

The Neighborhood:

An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor Island Resort is a newly constructed community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse.



Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor Island Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, state-of-the-art massage chairs are designed to melt away stress and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.



Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just eight miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a camera by the front door, another one pointing to the driveway and a last one pointing to our pool equipment. These aren't intended to record our guest but installed for security purposes
