We are committed to being responsible, transparent hosts and ensuring our guests have a fully compliant and worry-free stay. Note: there is a super quiet, long term tenant who lives above the garage in a separate building. She does not use the garden or patio and has a separate entrance.



🌊 Need a little extra time before you hit the road? Late checkout requests are welcome — just send us a message no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day before your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and host approval.



👉 A washer and dryer are available for your use in the home, and we provide detergent to get you started. If you prefer to use your own, please make sure it is HE (high-efficiency) detergent only — this keeps our machine in great shape for every guest.
