The Space:

The spacious, open-plan living and dining area is flooded with natural light, with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors capturing stunning panoramas—from Signal Hill and Lion’s Head to the expansive ocean. Relax on the cozy sectional couch, kick up your feet on the ottoman, or catch a show on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The stylish space flows into a welcoming dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen.

The dining area features a sleek six-seater table, while the kitchen is designed for convenience with a gas-top stove, and ample storage. A breakfast bar seating four is perfect for casual meals or a morning coffee with a view.

The living area extends naturally onto a spacious, covered balcony, where stunning mountain and ocean views greet you. This balcony, accessible from two of the bedrooms, is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for sunset relaxation.

This is a dedicated year-round vacation apartment which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. If you do decide to hire a car there is secure underground parking dedicated to the apartment.
