Very nicely decorated, kids' room was great with bunk beds, arcade game, and TV. Wish lake access was more kid friendly, but overall a very nice stay!

Love this place will be staying again

Our grandkids had so much fun it very clean and nice we will be staying again Kim that owns the home was so sweet she help use with things to due with the kids

This property is well situated on Douglas Lake (one of the cleanest lakes in the country!). We caught fish from the dock and enjoyed the hot tub. A couple of kayaks would be a nice addition. The house needed to be vacuumed, surfaces wiped down, soap containers refilled, etc when we arrived, which the host left instructions on how to access those items but we felt those things should have been prior to the arrival. The host was extremely helpful when we had to stay the night at a hotel due to a storm that took down trees/power. Very easy to communicate with!

Loved this house right on Douglas lake! It was comfy and roomy, perfect for a long weekend. Loved the fire pit right off the water and spent lots of time on the dock!

We really liked the house and amenities. Everything as said in the listing. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. The road the house is on is narrow and curvy, so drive with caution. Unfortunately the lake level was way down and we weren’t able to use the dock, but hopefully we can try again soon! Would definitely stay again

The house was clean and as advertised. The view was beautiful. We loved the firepit. Road to the house was curvy and kinda fun to drive.

Great location and amazing communication

Overall super pleased with our stay. Perfect dock for the boat and the communication prior to arrival was amazing! Quick responses. Also, we had great cell service and WiFi connection. It was a great work from home location and many on the lake don’t always have that bonus. Would recommend and stay again!

Great family getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lake Time. Great location, nestled in a cove off of Douglas Lake. It was well furnished and decorated nicely. Beds were comfortable. TVs in all bedrooms and living area. Kitchen well stocked with essentials. We enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood down by the water.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Not being used to winding roads in the mountains, my wife was a little nervous, but there were rarely other cars on the road nearby, at least while we were there. The hot tub was perfect to relax in after walking around Gatlinburg or hiking in the mountains. Proximity to the Bush's bean factory was great. We were unable to partake in lake activities since it was closed for the winter and the nearby cave was closed for the winter as well. Overall, this was a great place for our large family to have as a home base while we visited nearby attractions. I'm sure it is even better in the summer.

Just stayed at this property this past week and when i say it was incredible i mean incredible! The home is not only beautiful and exactly like the pictures but also very secluded with all the privacy u need for relaxation. Well stocked with anything u need in a kitchen to even the beach towels provided! Dont let the cove end fool u the water at the end of the private dock is perfect for swimming. Had a couple of very small issues but our hosts were more than accommodating in fixing them! Will return here in the future!!

Excellent Accommodations!

The house and property are absolutely beautiful! We took full advantage of the firepit down by the lake and the hot tub on the deck! There were 8 of us and we were able to park our four cars in the driveway. The inside of the house was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure in the showers was great and the kitchen was fully stocked. We were able to make a complete Thanksgiving dinner! Thank you, Jim and Kim, for being awesome hosts! We had a great time!

From the moment you pulled into the driveway it was the most peaceful stay our family needed. This house has everything you would possibly need. The views are amazing and the peace can’t be found in any store. The house itself has something to offer everyone. Rather you are there to just sit at look at the lake or fish. The water is just a quick walk away. We loved watching the turtles and swimming with them. The hot tub was hit for all ages. The dock and the fire pit made for easy access to the water an a place to unwind in the evening around the fire. I would definitely recommend staying here. 10 out of 10.

Somewhat disappointed with the rental. Went mid July for 8 days. Host was very gracious and quick to respond when electricity went out. There were a few things I felt could improve the stay. Property was surface clean but not sure if the bathroom’s and linens were cleaned, at the very least the bedspreads were not . Trash was already full and difficult for us to put trash in cans and there is no where else to take it. Great water pressure but very slow drains. Deck is small and so is hot tub. Lots of ants and flying bugs making it impossible to enjoy the outside deck. Ants inside as well and had to thrown some food away or keep in refrigerator. Close to boat rental and that was enjoyable. In nice neighborhood where we felt safe. Hill down to lake is a little steeper than the picture looks so not good for someone who isn’t in good physical health.

Host was great to work with. Home was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of parking which was nice to be able to drop off our boat trailer for the week. Maybe the best water pressure I have ever felt and must be a giant hot water tank as we never ran out of hot water. Home is close to a public boat launch. Dock was more than sufficient for our 22' boat. The only "less than 5 star rating " is completely out of the host's control and that is the curvy road to get back to the house. You just have to take your time. We had a really good week.
