Warning: You'll need an itinerary just to use the amenities. We had a strict schedule: 9 AM tee time, 10 am Bowling, 11 AM pool and air hockey, 3 PM secret game room and couch surfing, 5 PM hot tub and 7pm Fire pit. We highly recommend booking a second week just to recover from the sheer volume of fun available. This place is less a rental, more a lifestyle with a fun boho vibe!Mahalo!

This house was amazing! We never had a dull moment! Outdoor adventures all day then BBQ, hot tub and games at night. Every house has its quirks and this one was the hunt for the switch or remote to turn on/off each light. It wasn't a big deal and our overall experience was great! I would definitely stay here again.

Our friend group of 6 had the best time here enjoying all the games and the pool! It was the perfect relaxing but fun intermission during our Utah to Colorado road trip. We’d love to come back next year!

Nice house - as advertised!!

Me, my brother and 3 friends enjoyed the house for three nights while we rode the Co2Ut gravel ride. My expectations for the amenities were pretty low, because, let's face it, a lot of times things like games and hot tubs are pretty beat up. Not with this place - fully functional and exceeded expectations.All the games in the game room were of nice quality and working order. Same with the hot tun, bbq, and all of the outdoor games. Not that we needed a lot, but the host was very responsive to questions/needs. The place is very clean and we found it comfortable and well equipped for our needs. The bike mechanic's workshop in the back was a nice touch and one that we took advantage of. We'd definitely stay again if we do the ride again in the future.

Just my thoughts

Overall it really was a pretty good stay, but I have to say I was disappointed in several things. I would prefer to have just regular old fashioned light switches instead of confusing remotes for every light and fan in the whole house. Same goes for cheeky “touch” faucet in the kitchen that no one can figure out how to make it work. Lol. My biggest disappointment was the hot tub… by day 3 it was getting a funky odor day 4 was 10 times worse. Not even a hint of chlorine, so I guess it was malfunctioning or the service company was definitely not doing their job to keep it clean and sanitary. Everyone did have a lot of fun there, but I thought it was pretty overpriced for the quality of stay.

Fun house for teens while in the booming metropolis of Grand Junction

Perfect!!!

The house was perfect for our family. The kids loved the game room, and the adults love it as well. We had so much fun. Decorated beautifully. It also is so open making it feel huge. The host is great and so responsive. Exactly as described.
