Amazing property! Our group of six adults loved our stay. The outdoor area and pool was absolutely perfect after a day of exploring. The location was great and walkable to the Palm Beach area. Communication was excellent leading up to and during our stay. Jim and Tamara offered recommendations and made everything very easy. We would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing one week stay at this villa. The property was immaculate, both inside and out. It was close enough to walk to Palm Beach, and we explored several other beaches by car, which were just minutes away. Jim was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this property and would love to come back!

Jim & Tamara are excellent hosts. They responded to questions and inquiries promptly both before and during our stay, offering suggestions for car rental, restaurants and tours/activities. The property was as described and expected. We were a group of 6 to 8 adults celebrating a birthday and we enjoyed all aspects of the property and our stay. In addition, their property manager was responsive. We didn't have any issues, just questions. The area under the palapas was one of our favorite spots for morning coffee or an evening beverage. The BBQ was new and we used it several times. Many spices/salt/pepper available for use in the house, which is a nice plus. We reviewed what was in the house prior to making a list to go shopping, so we didn't get something that was already in the house. The coffee maker uses the basket type filters and there were some in the cabinet. Very thoughtful of the hosts to have some of these staples in the cabinet. We would be happy to come back or visit another property owned by Jim & Tamara.

House was absolutely beautiful! Decorated with latest decor. The kitchen and bathrooms all had ample supplies and great hot water!!! We loved the backyard oasis and pool. They cleaned the pool for us several times throughout the week. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for an evening bbq at home. AC was in perfect order and cooled off the house nicely. We highly recommend this house for couples or families looking to get away from the crowded hotels downtown.

The outdoor area is definitely an 11 out of 10! The pool was refreshing and there was plenty of both shady and sunny spaces for everyone to hang out. The home is near the hotel strip so you are a few minutes from the action and far enough to feel like you are in your own private oasis. The interior meets all basic needs and was clean and comfortable. The host was helpful and available while giving us plenty of space to imagine the house was ours. Will definitely be returning in the future!
