The Space:

Palmetto Porch comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The serene master suite features a plush memory foam queen bed with luxury bedding, and 2 newly renovated bathroom, a walk-in closet, and direct access to the home’s inviting outdoor deck. The 2 guest bedrooms offers a memory foam queen bed, a TV, and closet space, ideal for fellow travelers or children.



The open, dine-in kitchen is a true centerpiece, equipped with brand-new appliances, a coffee station, a dining bench for six, making it easy to enjoy meals and create lasting memories. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy living area with comfortable seating, a large TV, and a convenient laundry room with ample storage. Outside, you’ll find beautifully spacious grounds with well-lit seating areas, a hammock, a covered outdoor dining space, and a grill.

Guest Access:

You have access to entire property. This includes the backyard that is styled for your comfort in mind. We have a laundry area, as well as a deck in the backyard with outdoor seating. Have fun with our connect 4 games, and enjoy a crisp evening out with the fire pit.



The Neighborhood:

This stylish retreat offers everything you need to enjoy Charleston in comfort, with easy access to a variety of restaurants, breweries, boutiques, and local shops, all just a bike ride away.. Near Park Circle itself in an up and coming neighborhood, it features a recreation center, disc golf course, and one of the world’s largest playgrounds, making it a perfect spot for all ages. Ideally located, Palmetto Porch is just 20 minutes from the beaches of Mount Pleasant, Isle of Palms, and Sullivan’s Island; 15 minutes from historic downtown Charleston; and within easy reach of other Lowcountry destinations like Folly Beach, Kiawah Island, and Seabrook.



This neighborhood is up and coming and beginning to see more renovations and upscale properties nearby.

You have delicious taco trucks that we highly recommend, and make sure to order the "Al Pastor" Tacos.

Make sure not to miss a neighborhood staple restaurant called Dashi.



Getting Around:

Uber is very accessible but for the best experience and to get to know the area best we recommend a car.
