While we are sorry to learn that this group of guests experienced the inconveniences listed above, we do want to point out that they failed to reach out to notify the property manager, whose contact info is provided to each guest, about anything listed in this review. That being said, we're happy to address each item listed. Of all the things mentioned here, the only issue we'd been previously aware of was the crack in the window, which is pending repair, but has been prolonged due to pandemic-related shipping delays. As of now, the window is still pending repair. To our knowledge the A/C was and is functional, as we had no reports of it not working from housekeeping or from either group of guests who have stayed at this unit since these guests stayed with us. We are still planning to have our maintenance team check the system for good measure as soon as the unit is unoccupied. We're also going to have our maintenance team address the dining table chair leg to see if it can be repaired, but have not received any reports that it had been broken from our housekeeping team or guests following their stay. We'd also not been aware of the hornets' nest attached to the grill, and have notified maintenance to address this this week as well. Regarding the quantity of chairs on the deck and the front door look, the owner has been notified that the unit may benefit from the purchse of a new door lock and additonal seating for the deck area. Additional ice trays have been ordered to be delivered to the property per this feedback and should arrive by the end of the week. To address their trouble with the instructions on how to turn water on, etc. in the unit: we do routinely send a link to a virtual, user-friendly guidebook with all check-in/checkout and instructional details about how to make the most of our unit. I did verify that the link had been sent to the guest for reference, and the physical guidebook is still at the property for good measure. We have yet to have other guests at any of the 7 properties we use this type of guidebook link for proeprty operation report any issues with the link. Finally, the owner has also been made aware of the feedback calling for further updating of the unit as well. We do hope that all future guests take advantage of having a propety manager on call during their stays and report issues as soon as they're aware of them so we can do our best to address them quickly, in order to allow us the opportunity to do our best to prevent any interference with the quality our guests' experiencese with us.
