Rosarino from the Pichincha neighborhood. Over 14 years ago, I crossed the river to settle in Uruguay. Father of 2 children. Lover of the sun, the beach, and nature.

I can say that the neighborhood chose me. My family acquired the chalet in 1978 when there were fewer than 10 houses built, the streets were unpaved, and it was filled with pine trees. Every summer of my childhood was spent here, creating my fondest memories. Year after year, I watched the neighborhood grow into the beautiful resort it is today.

It is a recently renovated and updated house, featuring open and spacious areas that allow for full enjoyment. The large garden and its perimeter fences ensure that the whole family can enjoy the outdoors and the sun without worrying about safety. It is perfect for hosting large barbecues and celebrations with family and friends.
