The house is on a beautiful Lake Michigan beach, with a pool, two hot tubs, an enclosed trampoline, and a pool. Overall, it is beautiful and was perfect for my family of 17. But, there were some issues. We followed instructions to heat up the pool and hot tub, but the pool remained cold and the hot tub tepid. We notified Third Coast Vacations, the management company, who did try to adjust the heater, to no avail. Ultimately, they determined there was a broken part. We noted to them the pool was quite dirty and the pump that removes water from the cover didn't work, so we couldn't fully open the cover. When they fixed the heater, they cleaned the cover and the pool bottom. As a result, we had a clean, heated pool and hot tub only on our last day. The first day we were there we told them there was no internet service in the guest house, where 2 of the bedrooms are, so the tv there couldn't work. They said that would be taken care of immediately. It never was. The microwave door was broken, so it had to be held closed to work. We notified management the first day. It did not get repaired. The blow up mattress on a pull-out couch had no pump, so they quickly brought a separate air mattress (that didn't fit the couch mattress). Some of these items were merely annoyances, but some were significant issues. Having paid over 32,000 for the week, I expected perfection. They did provide a 3300 refund, but that is well below what market standard refund is.
